Morally it will be wrong because father should have been been part of that decision, but legally it's not wrong since it's her body, her choice. Pregnancy laws are often centered around woman's choice & decisions.
But from the moral aspect, Prerna should have told Anu about this now because any doubt raised when she does that in future will stand valid until there is a DNA test to prove her claims.
In USA, they are having a whole debate pro-life vs pro-choice going on, on this exact same matter. In India too there are many cases like that.
