It's true, not prerna and Anurag have made decisions single handedly for what affects both of them. Anurag was wrong then, and prerna is wrong now. And even if we take it a step further and say that since they both made sacrifices for the other it's forgivable, prerna hiding the pregnancy from anurag is unforgivable especially when he has made it clear that he wants to have children with her.

He blackmailed her..he was obliged to give the CCTV footage which he didn't give n asked her to marry him..how is it different from Naveen asking her to marry him n return her house..Naveen even promised to take care of her family...how is it different from kom asking anurag to return back everything if he gets married to her..she even manipulated them saying it was Mol's last wish.... Both kom and Naveen was at least doing it for their so called love/obsession for pre/Anu..Bajaj did it to take revenge from Anu..

If a women is forced/blackmailed into a marriage the Marriage is not valid as per law...so obv baj prerna Marriage is still illegal...

As long as Prerna doesn't go to court herself to reveal this fact which she was forced into marriage, the marriage is legal. Court will not take this case suo moto.

As for CCTV, Bajaj didn't file the complaint. The Ronit murder info was given to police by Ronit's man. Bajaj & Ronit didn't even have the deal until Ronit barged in to his house to confront him. Prerna demanded help from him even when he wasn't obliged to. Prerna didn't complain to Police that Bajaj has proofs & Police didn't even go to Bajaj's house even when it was his factory. She had seen Ronit & she should have gone for putting a stay on Anu's next hearing until a concrete evidence is produced. Police didn't even visit the murder site, didn't retrieve the body from murder location & assumed that murder has happened on the basis of some report & none of the Basus had a single thought about it. No one identified the body from Ronit's family. How was DNA matched & confirmed that it was Ronit's only because Indian govt still doesn't have a DNA database of all citizenw. Both prosecution & defence lawyer needed to have the copy of forensic report along with one report in Police records from the moment murder happened. Ese hi reports change ni ho jati hawa me. Wese Ronit ke as pese ni the, wese usne prosecution, police & forensic teeno khareed liye. She took it all on herself to go running to Bajaj to lecture him.

Ideally the Police should have asked for CCTV footage from Bajaj & Prerna should have instigated it. But madam ko to lecture dena tha Bajaj ko khoob sara.

Don't mix reality as per convenience. Had anything been real here, the whole Anu going to jail would have not been played so stupidly.

If use brains then prena on first hand should have recorded whole conversation with bajaj and if forget first time second time third time kabhie bhi record kar sakti thi.

Bajaj told its deal. She could have taken help of her family.

Now anurag has himself told after coming from jail set free from 1.5 marriage and can do what ever she wants now.

Legally, Prerna can take all the decisions on behalf of the baby since it's in her body.

She can go ahead & abort it without father's consent & still not be charged.

Morally it will be wrong because father should have been been part of that decision, but legally it's not wrong since it's her body, her choice. Pregnancy laws are often centered around woman's choice & decisions.

But from the moral aspect, Prerna should have told Anu about this now because any doubt raised when she does that in future will stand valid until there is a DNA test to prove her claims.

In USA, they are having a whole debate pro-life vs pro-choice going on, on this exact same matter. In India too there are many cases like that.
