No, she didn't, though the two Chopras tried hard - a lot of the initial script was changed to develop her character and chop Madhuri's role. She got a lot of good will for daring to play alongside Madhuri, too.

Karishma is always a treat to watch on stage. ❤️

Wish she was the judge instead of Kareena.

She is good and better than Kareena. But she still didn't steal the limelight from Madhuri. The minute details, the grace in movements between professional dancer and other dancer are clearly visible in dance. Besides people keep forgetting it was difference in two characters. One was aggressive and insecure; other was calm, secure and soft. The difference in some steps/scenes is only due to that.

She should be the judge not Kareena, who pretty much has two left feet and horrible facial expressions.

She looked exactly like a person whom SRK's character would have easily fallen in love with - a gorgeous, mysterious, inaccessible WOMAN. Exactly the kind of dreamlike (read: underwritten in the script LOL) Maya Rahul fantasized about. Karishma was a GIRL with a heart on her sleeve in that film - agewise SRK looked strange playing a BOY with her.

Karishma's participation only shows how woefully inadequate Kareena is.
