Don't want to jinx it and things can definitely get better but am reasonably happy with the way things are going so far. It's slowly becoming popular online with a fan base, it has decent TRPs to ensure it's not in danger zone right now, they have built the story well (with problems and plot holes of course but they can definitely rectify it and it's an entertaining watch), there is no off screen drama (we rarely get interviews which is actually good IMO) and a small but peaceful fandom (at least for most part). There are no huge fights, no shipping and the focus is only on the characters and story on screen. Which is wonderful IMO. Yes Star can give promos, the story can improve on certain fronts but it's alright so far. I hope this peaceful atmosphere continues and I don't mind if the show ends in 1-1.5 years. Decent TRPs to sustain and writers getting to tell their story without characters getting butchered is what we should hope for. Touchwood 😆

There are two possibilities. One YRHPK is a limited series with the current cast, either they will end the story or bring in a leap like the parent show where a new set of younger leads may join in. ( imo).

It is quite obvious that the spin is not given the attention as the parent. Fans can understand if the PH is new but here RS has given SP a decade long YRKKH. The channel is just ignoring a show which has potential .Even for 300 to 400 episodes, the marketing team needs to promote. Shaheer has to post, then after a deep slumber SP will repost the same video clip or BTS photo

On SNS YRHPK has no place value. What about TV, many households know Shaheer as Arjun. He has his share of SP viewers, pretty sure that a huge number aren't aware that he is on SP right now.

What is channels expectation, get up at 6 am and watch shows on hotstar then see the same again on TV without any repeats or promos.

I don't understand SP's biased behavior but I have been on twitter since the time this show started and it has a considerable fan base there. The fandom has grown a lot in the recent past and there is a lot of praise for the story and the lead couple there. I joined India Forums just to check out the forum here. I think we should just enjoy the show without worrying too much about the promotions or TRP. The TRP is decent and the show is good so we should enjoy it while it lasts.

The show has a good fanbase on twitter. I have been on twitter for a while and some amazing discussions happen on the show there. It has positive buzz and the show and couple get a lot of appreciation. In terms of TRP, it is in top 3 on Star Plus, in top 10 right now, slot leader since inception despite facing competition from a well established show on Zee and an Ekta soap from Colors. And the TRP has been increasing gradually over a period. I highly doubt they have thought about a leap or the duration of the show so far. Everything depends on the TRP in the long run. Right now, I think the show is doing pretty well so far both in terms of TRP and fanbase with potential to grow from here once the love story starts. Of course no one can predict the future especially when it comes to Hindi soap.

Not even one. Kzk2 is only 0.1 point above to our show.But i am not surprised to see SP biased behaviour towards YRHPK. Mata has invested heavily on someone's grand entry. So much on stake after all. That's why that show or the clippings pop up in every 5 mins.

I avoid watching Itv on weekends coz of dayan ,pishachini ,nagin and BigBoss types of shows come through out the day. I personally think EK mata has ruined the ITV standards by making mediocre shows.
