The way the guy talks in the video you posted, that's soooo annoying. Feel like giving a tight jhappar right across his face.

If all indian men are assholes like Kabir, then all indian women are submissive like Preeti too going by this logic

If someone saw it and liked it so much so they go on to defend his shitty behavior then obviously they haven't encountered anything remotely like that in real life and should listen to people who have and how toxic it is to defend that behaviour and calling it a mere movie. All the while they should be checking their own privilege and come off their high horses thinking they know better than people who have actually faced and encountered Kabir Singhs in their life. If that hasn't happened to one, what a great protected life one must have lead especially in a country like India, they should be thanking their stars. And at the same time not try to defend that behaviour invalidating actual vile experiences faced by women on the daily by innumerable Kabir Singhs who hound us all throughout our lives. 'Outlandish claims and theories' lol sure. Just a 'normal' life of a woman in India as you can see from the many examples right in this thread.

Aah the #NotAllMen shit. Sure. Nobody is saying all men but most yes. And more than logic its basic facts that most Indian women are submissive or passive. MeToo has been a prime example of how women have silently suffered through the ages,that they had to submit to an ecosystem of abuse and harassment to keep their own jobs. We all know the reality of most Indian homes already. So you are not wrong saying women are submissive. But more than a voluntary tying its more of a beaten to submission.
