I love that scene where Anurag asks Prerna to move on on her bday. The Hum Bewafa version played on AP was beautiful. But the way Prerna reacted to Bajaj's dead body was really funny 😆 I mean she hasn't even started loving him as such, why going OTT ? 😆. She also said something like 'Har baar ki taraah iss baar bhi aap jhoothi ummeed deke chale gaye' or something like that. 😆 Honestly till that point she didn't even care about RB and her marriage much except treating it as duty. Does anyone remember RB's love confession after new year dance ? Next morning scene when RB apologized for saying something out of line and Prerna's assuring him and asking to befriend her - all these very sweet scenes. 😳 She slowly started to include him in her life, inviting him to temple when she offers prayers for Anurag. ❤️ PRB were so special.

Well I beg to differ. P's reaction was more for herself. Along with RB's death she was grieving her sadness and empty future. Because she was a woman who had lost her first love, was on the brink of starting a new life with the man who had married her under questionable circumstances, and inspite of everything she was optimistic for a future with this guy as you have correctly put in the 2nd para.

So now when she had made up her mind to take control of her life and finally move on, right from dressing up to wear the necklace which RB demanded her to wear on their wedding, but back then she wore AB's gifted necklace to the ring gifted by RB, she actually made the genuine attempt with life full of hopes and aspirations and expectations of a fulfilling married life because more than anything she believed in the institution of marriage, she was shattered all over again.

Remember, she was shattered multiple times before this event. Mohni's insults, her father's death, Komolika wedding with AB, Prem's birth before marriage, and her marriage with RB. Every time when you have to resurrect yourself to so much as even smile after such events in your life, it takes every ounce of courage and effort. She says to herself, aapne phir mujhe dhokha diya. aap hameshan umeed lekar chale jate the, aaj umeed dekar chale gaye.

She had mentally decided to start all over but once again things didn't go as per her plan or what she expected to happen and out of her control. And she actually had started accepting her marriage. She realized RB loved her crazily (she is has a conversation with Vishakha on this in the previous episode) and so was willing to give a chance and forget the contract part.

And so after his death news, she tells AB, meri sari khushiyan toh woh le gaye. mein pehli baar unka intezar kar rahi thi, Unka; Mr. Bajaj ka nahi. This one line says it all. With lots of pain, strength, grit, and hope she had changed her entire mindset for a fresh start but then it goes exactly in the opposite way. So she was fazed and didn't know how to gather herself again. Anything she thought, anything she wished for, always was a distant dream and disappointment.

Yes it was. Prerna was all smiles and it was a very normal conversation about kids and all. But P had forgotten the contract part by then and was without any baggage. PRB had just started to find their equilibrium. Prerna was genuinely interested in talking to RB as his wife.

I remember that love confession. He was heavily drunk and had confessed his love in the car. Prerna's reaction was so funny. She was shocked like hell. 😆

@bold: And the BGM was more shocking 🤪But yeah, I loved that dance. OMG, the way he lifts up his wrist and almost begs her to dance with him. He was drunk good to sway her around without inhibitions. He was over the moon after dancing with her. Some real hot moves and intense stares!

He was madly in love with her and she never in the world expected him to fall for her. In hindsight, till that confession, she never ever thought that bit. And hence she never even thought of moving on and giving her marriage a chance.

Basic characters are the same. But definitely lot of different flavors.

On a hilarious note, she was like wt🤬 to EK. That reaction was more for ekta maiya than for RB.

Bcoz, EK was constantly shuffling her from AB to RB like a TT ball.🤣 And she was like not again. I am sure it would have been ST's as well as CK's reaction exactly when RR would have returned to sets after waving all goodbyes, him being a cameo initially.🤣

On a serious note, I don't blame her for that reaction. As mentioned in my previous post, P had been through a lot. And definitely one cannot keep reformatting one's life every now and then. She had chosen to move on with RB but he turned up dead. Then with everyone's push, she started a new life with AB and was all set to live that till death as that was her preferred path. But again RB turns up and now she is scared to lose out on the life which she knew she can have. The uncertainty in her life was scaring her.

the funniest thing in this scene was RB wearing back his coat in the time of emergency also!🤣

RB sees fire on AB and douses it with his coat. Then, before taking Prerna from AB, he wears his coat and only then he takes Prerna in his arms. It was hilarious! Who would care to wear coat in the middle of a fire! But RR was so fluent in wearing it for so many episodes, he did his job the fastest.

EK would have instructed RB to have his coat on always under any cost🤣 And someone wrote ya, RR was scared of EK. Just watch the scene, I am dead laughing at it.🤣

Point noted. Just to be clear, there was no intention to create unrest for any fandom. Just that being PRB fans, we are nostalgic with the current reboot and discussing it. Calling sissy, was not out of insult, bit just that literal meaning translates to cry baby which was apt for AB in S1. Did not think it might offend others. Will refrain from doing so.

Also, if there is a link to PRB chat club can you please share?

And quite glad that you guys have put an end to MoTy, Scoter, Scooty, Buddha etc as well to be fair to all.
