Siddhant Chaturvedi gets repeatedly ignored by Karan Johar?

Karan Johar is also known as the flag bearer of nepotism in Bollywood. The star director has been repeatedly criticized for his actions and attitude towards newcomers and who have struggled their way to the top. Although it wasn't the same for everyone. Be it Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan, Sidharth Malhotra, Janhvi Kapoor, or Ishaan Khatter, KJo has groomed the new talent and made them a brand. Recently, Karan took actors Tara Sutaria and Vicky Kaushal under his wing and we are seeing the two do well.

However, when Siddhant Chaturvedi tried to get the filmmaker’s attention, it didn't go that well.

Siddhant Chaturvedi received a massive fan following in Bollywood as he climbed his way to success with his recent big hit - Gully Boy. The young and budding star was seen sharing screen space with Bollywood’s Power House - Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt. However, it's obvious that the young generation has been grabbing eyeballs and they want to get themselves out there, but Siddhant was reportedly let down by the star director.

According to reports from in.com, many Bollywood kingpins were gathered under one roof at a recent award night. Also present at the venue were Karan Johar and the newest heartthrob, Siddhant Chaturvedi who starred in Gully Boy.

The reports also mention that Siddhant was elated to see Karan and the actor left no chance to get his attention. Siddhant, who sat along with other actors, tried to strike a conversation with Karan not once but on multiple occasions. But his attempts went in vain as Karan chose to ignore the actor and indulged in conversation with others around.

Seems unfair right?

Although, when it comes to other stars, we have already seen KJo getting along with Kartik Aaryan and similarly we have also seen Vick Kaushal sharing a gala time with the director. From the iconic selfies to a picture with PM Narendra Modi, the director leaves no stone unturned for his favorites in the tinsel town.

However, Siddhant seems to have a long way to go as he is yet to grab his attention.

Siddhant build a career like karthik with patience and get some hits. This snob entitled arrogant human will give u all attention.

I understand u want to build connection as u won't get offers in platter but journey gonna be tough. Try to do well with small movies and build a good fanbase. You time will come. Thats why i support likes of karthik kriti etc. They have to earn the position where they don't get ignored or snubbed.

Siddhanth already has YRF and Excel in his corner. He is not struggling. All the big stars and casting directors follow him on instagram, he gets invited to all the A-list dos, and he will def win all the debut awards. After just one film. Vicky Kaushal had to work for years to get acknowlewdged. Karthik too. Someone like Vikrant Massey still doesn't get recognized by the same people, after 5 years and films like gunj. Siddhant has Excel and YRF fighting over him, and you think he needs to do small films to get attention? He already has everyone's attention. He doesn't need to ever play the hero's bestie, or wait two years to get a tiny role.

He has had it easier than most people. Who cares if KJo is not into him? Excel and YRF are no joke.
