Kriti has superstar aura - Page 2

Kriti is not as bad as some people try to make her out to be. Not the best actress but not the worst either. She has a good screen presence for sure... Unfortunately with Arjun Kapoor in the lead, Panipat is going to sink.

Exactly 😂😂😂 and she certainly can never pull of a Sonia Roy. What an insult to Priyanka.

Priyanka's performance as Sonia is one of the best female negative performances ever. She completely owned Aitraaz not because she was a "sexy siren" but because of her superb acting skills.

Kriti has to earn big opportunities unlike some who gets them on golden platter and luka chuppi's success proved she can carry movies on her shoulders!

I don't believe she never got offered anything other than rom coms or something out of her comfort zone. If likes of Tapsee and Bhumi are managing to do good films I don't see any excuse for Kriti. I am not saying she is bad but she is quite limited. I am not an Aloo fan and I know she has privilege over outsiders but I can never imagine Kriti pull a Udta Punjab or even Raazi (and those are not even benchmark performances by a Bollywood actress). Almost every other actress can do what Kriti does so there is nothing extraordinary about her to make her a superstar.

Also I wanted to add that Lukka chuppi did the kind of business it did coz of the favorable release date (also thatvstupid hype around Kartik).It had 3 week free run with only Captain Marvel and Badla to challenge it. Had it released during any other packed month it wouldn't have made over 70cr because it was an average and forgettable film. I don't see anyone talking about it 5 years from now.

Since the time I heard people saying that she looks like a horse face, I keep on getting reminded of a horse whenever I see her.😆

Acting wise, never watched her films completely or properly to judge her performances, but she mostly comes across as average.

What u define good films? Luka chuppi was a good film and every outsider actress u mentioned has different genres for which they get scripts. Kriti is bigger star than those 2. No excuse but a fact , that she does movies because of the offers she gets.

I can imagine kriti pulling off raazi and udta punjab. Aloo's accent was bad in udta punjab, but offcourse her daddy ensured she gets the praise! I see everything and x factor in her to be real superstar

I like Kriti. Liked her in Bareilly ki Barfi and Recently Luka Chhupi too. She does small town roles well. Has a fairly good dialogue delivery. And is captivating on-screen. She can draw attention to her while in the scene with others.

It is to be seen how she fares in other genres. I wouldn’t mind watching her with RK, RS, Sid and Vicky. She would look good opposite all of these actors. She is a pleasant actress.
