why are people so fixated on proving it a rape case and comparing it to kathua...would that make it more heinous ? I have said it in my previous post-rape or no rape should not make any difference. if we go by that then in any woman.gilr murder should be assumed rape case if it has not been disproved?

why was the speacial treatment to only kathua rape accused with rallies , shouldn't that be the case with all and shuldn't people have faith in judiciary ?

CCTV news is believed by many and it was refuted by many with regards to date, him giving exam was also said to be incorrect ...people who have soft corner for accused will take cctv/exam footage as a proof of his innocence, besides he was not the only one who is accused s owhy only base the whole case on him . To me he will always be a rape accused untill proven otherwise .

i dont see people fixated on proving it a rape case. from most of the comments i saw people are already disgusted with the brutality done with that 3 year old... but yes rape wd just add to the already weighing pile of sh*t. In any women or girl murder, the possibility of rape is formed based on the circumstances but the confirmation is done only by medical examination but if the alleged is a known rapist and the body is missing genital parts then obviously the possibility or suspicion of rape increases. ..ofcourse it cannot be confirmed with medical examination in this case most probably.

why was the placard protests only in the kathua rape case? did u ask that question too? people did not have the faith in the police investigating the case not in the judiciary as a whole. they were only demanding a fair investigation and trial.

it doesnt matter what i u or others believe...what matters is the court verdict. I for now have no fixed opinion on that guy and even if he was proved to be guilty i will have no hesitation in demanding the severest punishment for him... but blaming & shaming the whole hindustan and hindusim is what i'm strictly against. it started with Kathua and its not surprising that people are comparing the celeb reactions in these two cases.

I was disgusted by the way that poor girl and her family were treated by all sides for their own agendas. Before kathua there were protests in case of nirbhaya too .....it's a shame that killer in that case have not been punished.

People taking out rallies should have also asked the question and should have condemned why they used a sacred religious place to commit such crime and not just take offense when it came into question.

the accused got support because of the loopholes in the police theory not because of his religion (though that may also have been a factor) but the placard protests didnt need to highlight the religion for having to highlight a heinous rape. its not like rapes have not happened in churches or madrasas before...and if u'm not wrong around that same time a hindu girl was also raped in mosque too and kept as a captive. why placard activists were aggravated only in Kathua and never before or later? even the twinkle incident occurred during ramazan... did anyone questions muslims or islam abt this? or rallied with placards why the incident happened during ramazan.. the holy month.

well, unlike Kathua case, in twinkle's case the accused has already accepted so it does make sense in demanding severest punishment for him... i demand the same.

You're fixated on the victim and criminal's religion instead of focusing on the fact that innocent children are being brutally raped and murdered.
