To avoid having to respace, I will suggest you use 'Google Docs' to write your updates. I use that too and it takes 2 minutes to post a new update on IF 😊

I dont write in MS Word😆..i write in my phone S Notes nd to see the size i copy paste in Word so acc to Word its of 4-5 pages but i copy paste from S Notes to IF
