Now that u mention about the color changing dress, I find it grey with just the frills(wings) being in lavender. Baaki whole dress is grey with those Christmasy kinda shiny decor here and der in light green...

I think Sonam looks lovely except for the pants. They look wrinkled and ill-fitting. I don't know if they expected her to wear heels, so the pants would fall nicely, but whatever happened, those pants needed a good hemming and ironing.
