does it really matter? there is no value and no hype when these awards happen, which is sad because the oscars are celebrated so much. But indian industry awards have had so much bias and dishonesty that the value of them has gone.

We remember who won an oscar and hollywood actors carry even a nomination with so much pride, but its not the same in the indian film industry. Especially when clowns like jitesh pillai are running filmfare and there is no fair or constructive voting system in place. The whole hollywood industry attends the oscars with so much excitement, whereas the majority of the indian film industry does not even attend their award shows.

They used to be very popular and taken very seriously..early 2000s when entire fam would sit to watch these awards..i remember when kareena won FF for JWM..it was a celebration across india, Pak and even Bangladesh..those were the times..

Aneet should win. She was exceptional as Vaani, and Saiyaara was easily one of the most popular films with a strong, substantial female lead. I loved Kriti’s performance as well, but I feel she should get best actress critic award.

No she isn't, you clearly have propaganda against Kriti for being an outsider or you are a Ranveer/Dhurandhar stooge who will hype up anything with that mid-film. Kriti is the only possible choice. You are also crazy to think Filmfare will ever let anyone associated with Dhurandhar win any awards this year.

I hope they do win that award. Winning it is like getting something from your maid smiley36

Yami deserves it this time. I don't think they will be able to ignore her this time. At the most they can give her critics award and Kriti popular category.
