Mrugali, i mentioned something like this on yesterday’s thread.. not exactly your thoughts, but Sameer is being so dependent on Naina and Rakesh in Mumbai. Right from moving stuff into the house to Naina checking out Yelliw pages and preparing a list of producers etc to meet. Had not Naina done that Sameer would have just waited a year for Anant M to call him I guess.

So I guess somewhere within he is scared about the unknown and also if he will make it or not... will he be able to live up to everyone’s expectations, which is something he has set for himself. Very Good point Appu. Even @rituriyaakhil mentioned the same of Sameer being too dependent on Naina. You are right, he is scared of the unknown. Coz suddenly the financial security cover has blown away, which in a way was his identity. While getting married, there were issues such as inter caste etc but no one questioned about his financial status. Even CC and Rakesh didn’t have this worry for Naina. For the world, if he had anything, it was looks and money. And he himself was always sure of his and Naina’s financial security. With that gone now, he doesn’t know what to do coz he never ever thought in that direction.

Now suddenly he has to fend for himself and Naina and more than anyone he wants her to be proud of him and him to be worthy of her and other than Naina, he has never had anyone really in his corner. So he looks up to Naina to guide him.

He also had had no dream other than Naina and wanting to marry her. But that also shows his single focused determination to succeed if he puts his mind to it which eventually will be his strength that he will achieve big once he knows what he wants. Even the acting dream has been picked at a whim.

Didd'nt enjoy much of the episode , as even if the episodes are good something is missing , cannot figure out what, rather than concentrating od sameer's career they are focusing more on the society things and its lies. can understand that sameer had to tell lies but just dragging that lies is unwanted , and in the middle of the night who calls on the society meeting, and that too the secretary wearing a night dress which was revealing.

Most people didn’t enjoy yesterday’s epi I guess and also the lying. I think the career track is slowly being introduced. I am not finding it dragging. Otherwise I guess it will look rushed. The society drama is just to add more troubles to Samaina.

just wondering one thing yesterday rakesh was saying its been 15yrs my wife passed away after that till today i didn't look at any one, my doubt is wasn't naina taken care by chacha chachi as soon as her mother passed away when she was born . thats what was told initially then now how come a change

Agree. And he always thought he would never have to work or ask someone for work. In fact he always thought he would be the one who would give others work/job. Naina has only seen people doing jobs in her family and automatically that is the path she knows and will choose. And her academic credentials just add to her confidence. While Sameer has only seen businessmen in his family and taking up a job is scary and also not his type.

And in response to Ritu’s post, Naina is not setting his dreams. She is only showing him paths for him to reach the goal of being an actor which was his dream to begin with (I think Ritu Wrote the same). For a guy who has a dream of becoming a hero, he is not doing much from his end. R and N are doing his homework.

Rakesh’s advice to stop being so dependent came at the right time. He couldn’t tell Sameer so he told Naina to stop accompanying him and focus on her CA.

Yesterday too I said that it was dragging with too much of society and unnecessary drama. Don’t know the purpose yet of Rakesh’s mental state drama though...

NOw would be a good time for a little time travel and showing some auditions and rejections and starting to understand the industry etcc.

Saibo was sane to understand what could be the reason for Rakesh entering her home. And Samaina didn’t explain this to Rakesh that he was at the wrong door?

Finally good advice by Rakesh for the duo to start becoming independent.

Fab update. The whole bunch of mahil mandal making rai ka pahad is gonna get repetitive..btw I like the new set up of the building though. Old set ko achha revamp kiya hai..nirmal jyoti to sea queen. Atleast doesnt look ridiculous like the college.

What was sameer's defence in favour of rakesh..khalal hai? I don't know how did he make up that. It's not funny actually. When sahiba herself said ki sab wings ek jaise lagate hai and maybe he got into the wrong wing by mistake ,what was the need to lie at all? He could have just agreed to the same right and apologized on his behalf. Benefit of doubt mil jata.this is illogical to the hilt.

I am happy naina is going to concentrate on her Ca. She was unnecessarily tagging along with Sam putting aside her dreams and ambitions. Chalo dekhte hai how much are they gona drown in this sea of lies.🥱

@Uma why do you say Sameer's financial cover is blown. I know he is not as wealthy as he was but he still does have money right. What happened to the money he got by selling his house? He still has 40% share in factory too. I think that its still a lot of money by 90s standard.

Agree, Sameer’s house must have fetched a very good amount and the share in the factory may also be worth several Lakhs.

Attendance has been duly recorded.😆yeah like the new set too. I guess they are trying to show that no one would have believed them even if they tried. Hence Sam lied.... something like that. Mujhe bhi logic nahi nahi aaya.

After SS’s advice both will pursue their independent dreams I guess.lets see.
