Episode begins with Shiv confronting Mannat for changing/doing alterations in his medical documents secretly .
He is shocked to find Radhika choking on something she had swallowed ..the entire family was in panic but Mannat performs the Heimlick's manoeuvre n the roof that she was chip OK'ing on gets expelled n Radhika is saved
Rad n all family members thank Man for saving her . Shiv is impressed . he wonders what was this girl,up to !!
He goes to the doc n arranges everything for retrieval of the wrongly filed document n makes further arrangements n consent for his cardiac surgery .
Shiv decides to check on Mannat ,,he decides to rummage through her bag
He is amused with the items she stuffed into it
He gets a shock to find a sickle
He is sure she was planning to kill him .
He hides it under his pillow
Mannat decides to create night dress for herself by using a pillow cover
Just as she pulls out a pillow Shuv man get into a jostling match
Shiv man fall into the pool together n they are she coed at their sudden closeness
Mannat accidentally pricks him . He threatens her with the sickle n warns her to keep distance
Later he asks her what she was doing with the needle late at night lashes replies that she had forgotten her night clothes so she was trying to stitch up a night dress for herself using the pillow covers
Shiv is shocked n offers her Radhika's nighte
Next morning Varun disguised as Masked Bride orders Mannat to change Shuv's medicines with fake ones .. as she is about to do this she decides to go against the black mailer n says sorry to Her sister n says she could not kill another person trying to save her sis ..she pulls out her ear phone n throws the fake tablets
Shiv catches her red handed ..he accuses her of trying to kill him
He threatens to file a case against her .
PN asks Mannat to come for rasoi rasam

Mannat is adding pista into ghajar ka halwa.. shiv asks skepticaly what was she adding ... sure of her evil intentions
Varun directly asks if she was adding any poison all are shocked .

The episode begins with Mannat offering the family her first dish she has cooked after wedding ..rasoi rasam
As she begins to add some Pistachios from her bag into the gajar ka halwa ...Shiv suspects the worst n grabs her hand n asks what was she adding
She shows the pistachio nuts
All family members laugh at Shivaye
Varun asks if he really suspected Mannat to add some poison into his food ?
Suit agrees ..later he notices the shocked faces n says this was a joke
He orders Mannat to taste the dish first
ON protests saying the rasam says the husband had to taste it first .
Mannat tastes it and PN then asks her to feed her husband the first spoon
She does it amidst some angry eyelock between them
Shivaye is called by his doc to inform that his surgery would have to be called off since he was u fit to stand the surgery. His life expectancy was expected to be 8-10 days max
Shiv gets very hurt n emotional
But he decides t9 enjoy life behind SSO for his fans and he will make it easier for his family members to get over his loss by being a really nasty guy so that they are relieved when he is no more n not miss him .
Mannat notices Varun secretly meeting up his real wife on their first anniversary n outing MS on her neck ..hugging her n greeting her on their spl day
She is shocked to se Varun was cheating Radhika
She returns home n from nds Shuvaansh is crazily disturbing the entire household by his crazy activities

Shivaansh misbehaves with his family members
He helps Mannat deal with a wound on her foot n gives first aid as she isbsvarwd of blood.
He starts shooting for item song inside OM hall n disturbs PN's Pooja
When she protests he accuses PN of disturbing his shooting n reprimands her .
He asks her to go to Mandir if she wanted to do Pooja .. as such this household conducted too many poojas n nothing else he states.
His siblings protest n remind him not misbehave n insult PN
Shivaansh. Says she should thank her stars she was still in this house n not at some old age home like many other families
He asks Khanna for a drink
PN prohibits him from drinking but he retorts back it was his life n his choice .
When all family members go to Mandir he throws Mannat out n drops her back to her chachi's place .
Chachi's fakes her welcome n informs Varun
Shiv misses Mannat after she is dropped home ...
At her home Mannat wonders why she still has the MS on her neck ?
