Dance moves to the loud music and nicely decorated ghodhi(Mare)is all set for the groom.After performing almost every dance move the enthusiatic baaratise finally stop before one of the top most famous hotel of delhi.
tu khush hai naa??(you are happy,right??)asked an emotional mother to the groom.
ANYTHING FOR YOU MAA?he replies with a broad smile.
you look very handsome son.-the father of the groom compliment him.
I knw dad,he said with a chuckle still,thanku.
chalo,let's go our daughter in law is waiting for us.both tthe parent looks supremily excited with the marriage of their only son.
on the entrance of venue,a big filmsy wedding poster is there.
'' shaurya weds mehak''.
shaurya give the poster a look n then he enters the venue where he is grandly welcomed by his father in law and other relatives.
Wedding rituals starts and after a while bride came.She is indeed beautiful,shaurya thought.he never met her just once saw her photo n one phone that too in front of his parents,nothing much than that.she does not adorn alot of makeup but still she look etheral in her simplicity,maybe his parents are right.
Mehak,the bride, remain quite throughout the ritual,even during the time shaurya fills her maang with vermillion and adorn her with mangalsutra,that would be the most precious time for any other girl but he does not find any excitement and joy in her eyes.May be she is missing her mother,her mother is no more he know that,his mother once told him before marriage,so his mother is more willing for this marriage as they are having a daughter now and they can give her the lost love and care she deserves.
During the Bidaai ceremony he only say a flicker of emotion in her eyes but still she held herself strong before his father.as if she don't want to show her weakness.
After a tiring journey of one long hour,they finally reach Shaurya's house.the newly weds are grandly welcomed by karuna,the mother of groom.
welcome to the family-yash the father of the groom said to the new edition of their family,their daughter in law mehak.
After few more rituals,both of them are asked to take rest in shaurya's room. mehak lead ahead and due to a phone call shaurya stay behind.
After nearly 20 minutes,when he enters the room he feels some new some different emotion,he feel nervous and excited at the same time.
he say mehak was sitting on the adjacent couch near the decorated wedding bed.she look more calm and composed. shaurya wondered how fast could be such chance of mode happen.he brushes off his thoughts and went ahead.
Hello Mr.New husband,mehak said as he nears her.
sorry,shaurya thought he hears something wrong.
i have a gift for you,wait i'll show it to you,she get up and came back with a documented file.
shaurya wondered what could be this gift?
she handover him the file and ask him to open it up.
he opens the file and was shocked is merely an understatement,he remain rooted to his position for few minutes as to absorb the supposed wedding gift from his wife.
Mehak...,he saw intently in her eyes and exclaimed...''DIVORCE PAPERS''.
