Not surprised at all. I am pretty sure Bollywood has a lot of assault/harassment stories. The older the men the more likely they have skeletons in their closets. And a lot of assault/harassment happens within the family. I have been inappropriately touched by cousins.

It's high time..#MeToo movement should take place everywhere.How I wish though that general public would take part in this as well..not just the people from EI but those uncountable girls who are suffering or suffered,high time they / we get justice.

Rizwan Siddique is Jeetu bhais lawyer... chalo this case is not going anywhere, there is going to be plenty of mudslinging and PR articles... didn't he handle Kangy's case too...

Is it easy though? just what blue-ice said- how do u prove in old cases? It's not easy to confess that something wrong happened long back.

In west countries, sex is not a big thing. In India though if u r confessing u were raped or sexually assaulted, that will harm u more. People start finding every small thing about victim. her timing, her outing etc etc and start gossiping. It makes life more difficult for victim. She becomes target for every negative.

for success of #MeToo, we need to change the mentality of people otherwise it will become a mockery

I was thinking the same...how come he lands up with such cases. I remember he was also involved in another controversial case apart from Kangana's.

This is ridiculous.

Everything can't be 'my way or the highway'. When her father was alive, she had a witness to support statement, there was someone to confess 'he send his daughter with his nephew'. But no, she wanted to protect him from heartbreak. After almost 5 decades, when there is not even 1 proof to support her claim, she is asking for justice. How to know who is the real victim? The one who filed the case or the one who is at receiving end? Just becoz she's a woman doesn't mean every word coming out of her mouth is Gospel truth.

Protecting parents from heartbreak is not even strong reason to keep quiet all these years.
