I wouldn't class films like SRK's Raees, Badshaaoh, Hate Story 2 as B grade film, she has had some of the biggest hits (Baby Doll, Piya More, Laila), is the host of MTV Splistvilla and the fact she gets condom ads proves how desirable she is to Indian audiences.
Those things honestly don't embarrass me, it's always done in good fun and with people she trust (or trusted at the time). Priyank literally wears nothing all day and nobody bats an eyelid.
There's nothing wrong with an adult, consenting woman to conduct herself in a flirtatious manner as long as she is not hurting anybody. Puneesh or Akash don't seem offended or even interested in her that way, so thats why maybe she's comfortable being herself with them and teasing?
