This is what all fans wish... But I think before that he gets to know about the memory loss part, he will think Mehak is angry or upset that he is getting married with someone else and that is why she is denying being Mehak, I would be disappointed If he accept the fact that she is only alook like, coz for him Mehak is not only a face.

I want him to feel guilty for getting hitched so soon without even mourning for her ...
