Lovely analysis Hammie. You write so well.

i do write if the story line or character engages me...
The nail scene was too much to bear but I suppose that is the baggage Advay has been carrying for many years and I felt that Chandni actually opened his wounds as she asked for the nails and will let the pent up his anger and pain flow and then heal it with her balm of love purifying it. Haldi which is an antiseptic is the symbolic here which will not let that wound again become septic and Advay who refused it still walked on it in anger, but little does he know that its the same haldi from Chandni which is healing him by letting his pent up anger out.
@ bold 👏 very well put...so she actually offers him way to purge his grief... brilliant thought.. and yes.. you are right again, about the healing properties of turmeric.. yes the story will progress further.. in s much ,that chandni will provide the healing balm.. for his festering wounds... the revenge obsession especially.. should be interesting to watch,as she is at the apex of his revenge triangle
When we cut open a wound we clean it till there is free blood flow because only then it heals.
👏 that is correct
According to Advay it was Chandni who was responsible so she has to be the one to help him release all his pent up anger. So may be the heinous act of nails in one's path is being justified.
for her... perhaps.. for him it is to test his stamina of body pain.. as opposed to the emotional truama he suffers.. see the flesh heals in no time ..but the wounded spirit .. may take years to heal... as in Advay's case..
In the song I felt that Advay though he knows he is here to take revenge from Chandni and destroy her, but there is still a part of him who loves her very much and wants to live for her.
yes... that's how I interpreted it as well.. listen mate, loved your fantastic views.. do pop over to share them again... much love hammie

Outstanding first para, with the background song and it's translation, i know ur fav song.it is so close to our thoughts.yes me knows that you are awareof my fondness for this beautiful song..inthe film..its was a song the hero sang when he found his long lost baby sister... very moving.. but inthe episode it lent itself well in my view... pain was the essential issue.. body pain as opposed to the pain his soul suffers..but then his help less question.. to live a little or to die in this one moment with her.. and immortalize the moment by dying..
It is about living a bit more...till he has something about himself left in him...perhaps the anger???the spirit...to set fire on things things that destroyed his story?this undying spirit keep him moving, even through the nails...and again he doesnt let chandni fall, neither let her diya fall, her hopes and aspirations... advay in double role...two different person within one.but the spirit of not letting go is what is similar between yesterday 's dev and today's advay.
your view has much substance in it taz... and the comparison with yesterday's episode..😊

I too got the same tetanuswala feel.ewww.it could b better.n how cruel chandni is!!!!could she not come up with better plan? She could make his legs stuck with the floor like he did with her before.
some one pointed out the healing agent of haldi that fights off infection..
Keep writing hammie.u write so well on behalf of a wounded soul, brilliant.tc.
😆 you know taz.. my obsession with doomed persona's who are later rescued by love...😃... you made me happy today.. by reading.. and sharing some of your great musings.. try to make it more often...😛... thanks taz.. much love, yours hammie

Thanks Hammie
Yes it was a lovely song
And Sonu is one of my favorite singers
They could have chosen may be
Zindagi ki yehi reet hai from Mr India
Naani is a positive force in his life
She can give him good advice
I cried with him too
Most of the family is rotten
I can understand why girls are crazy for him
Thank you 😳

Hammie sweetheart. ... as always a brilliant impression with an awesome title... n wat amazing way to describe the title...so you didn't get the title ...😆 lost in advay's thoughts

Despite my sufferings, a bit of life still remains within me.. to live this moment..this instance, which overwhelms my whole being into questioning myself.. shall I live a little more? or in this second of complete bliss, die holding on to this instance till eternity? I have to surmount the sweet pain she gives me. I have to bear pain to keep a glow the light of purity she holds on her palm. Bear the sting ! throbbing and piercing of the nails, to ensure that the sacred light burns!, shall I then, die carrying her in my arms? or live a little more? that's Advay's pov n u jst ailed it here hammie..the nuances u bring abt Advay in above lines jst marvellous...ths para s sheer brilliance hammie. ..u poured out ur wisdom fr us here.. jst take a bow ham..nothing much to add bt yea Chandni is Dev's pride n he onli has the authority to touch her.. he proves to chandni yesterday that he can cross any ordeal fr her.. he's her onli owner n that he has proved time n again now...
erhhh got to involved.. wrote in first person for effect... all the songs of agnipath were moving..iloved the film
He make us all proud n chandni also.. though she knows onli Dev has the right to carry her.. n wen she tests Advay with those nails he proved he's no less than Dev.. her confusion is going to resolve only she open her heart n recognised her Dev in Advay..
we found out how much loved dev.. stilll oves him wants to marry him...
The haldi applying scene was great n gvng us hope that Chandni wud definitely heal all his wounds though unknowingly bt she has the power to heal him .. ny fav scene of the epi...
yes... haldi scene was just brilliant
Agree Advay needed an anchor too n I'm glad Nani came as her spokesperson to us...his vulnerable side with nani was heart wrenching. .
good cvs showed he became a bit stable with nani...
Indeed it was the bestest epi of ipk till date hammie n Barun n Shivani both wer spot on in AdvNi portrayal without any OTT... thnks fr writing daily fr us without fail... luv u n proud of u too dear hammie. .😳 yes me to loved watching and writing about it,, loved the play on emotions.. listen nusi... thanks for your daily feeds backs.. reading your comments si my fun
