mm not sure about this, feels like a false equivalence. i said this in another post, but its not that i have anything against science and tech being used, its just it feels kind of tacky and weirdly out of place in this specific genre which is a romantic/revenge/thriller but ultimately a romantic fiction. it works in science fictions shows/fantasy or comic book movies because its set up well and because that genre lends itself well to all the tech/science and magic/supernatural stuff. its like asking why all the hulabaloo over supernatural stuff in hindi serials when you love stuff like supernatural, buffy, x files, harry potter. i mean can you imagine if tech/science was used in say something like lotr, totally different genre, it would look very gimmicky, which is what it looks like in this serial. i think you need to mix it in very well and it needs to be a well ingrained element of the show e.g sadda haq, which i loved, however here, it popped up and will likely disappear when its not needed + the execution isnt there. that's why some people have an issue with it or find it lame, not that they cant understand the science behind it or its existence in real life. that's really my 2 cents on this
