It is possible that after getting custody she take pihu to australia with her &mani. After pihu hate ishra. After leapIshra goes to australia for some work and pihu saw them and she hate ishra more specially raman thinking after her raman is with ishita. He don't care for her. He don't even meet her once and afcourse whole blame goes on ishita. So she decided to destroy ishita but in this process she see shagun real face and say sorry to ishita and they all got united. Totally ekta mam style.
