Chapter 1
"Kushi...Kushi utho bitya" she heard as naniiji lovingly caressed kushi's hair.
"I am sorry, I was very tired and and I overslept, I am sorry naniji"
"Koi na bitiya, uthiye chote aate hi honge"
"Ji"
"Kushi bitya can you please prepare kheer for chote, you know right it's his favorite dish and he is coming back to home after almost 4 years"
"Sure naniji I will prepare it for him"

As he entered shantivan he was welcomed by everyone in a grand manner and why not will they? their chote was returning after a year of his business trip. As he stepped inside Anjali was ready with her aarti ka taal for chote and she was on verge of crying when her loving husband shyaam held her arms and consoled her.
Everyone were happy seeing Arnav except Kushi. She was a bit irritated looking at him.
"Chote hum sabka yaad ab aaya kya?" she asked as tears made their way down through her cheeks.
Listening to her words he just kept quiet.
"It's been almost a year chote and you are coming back now and you didn't even remember that you had a family here" his di complained.
"Sorry di, I won't repeat this again and this time I will make sure that I will make my family complete and will give all happiness you people deserve" he said looking at Kushi.
All were confused as they heard him and looked at him when he said "I mean I will never and ever go away from you people, it's a promise". All were happy at his words as Kushi made her way towards the stairs.
"Kushi, where are you going Darling? Aren't you happy seeing your best friend back again?" Anjali asked her.
She just mumbled "woh di" and she couldn't complete as anjali said "Chote go and get freshen up quickly, let's have lunch together and you know we have prepared your favorite food and Kushi has prepared your favorite desert kheer" anjali exclaimed.
"Oh really??" he asked with his trademark smirk and continued "That's so sweet of you Kushi thank you"
Giving a plastic smile she ran into kitchen calling HP to set the dining table to have their lunch.

Lunch was a silent affair where hardly words were exchanged between Arnav and Kushi. She entered kitchen to have water and opened fridge door as she felt someone's hand snaking her waist. Her eyes popped out and before even she could realize what was happening, she was pulled even closer to him as his grip on her milky waist grew even tighter. A shiver ran down her spine as she felt his warm breath against her back. Settling her entire hair towards left side he placed his face in crook of her neck. She gasped as he slightly bit her arms and kissed it to sooth her pain. No wonder she was growing weak on her knees. She froze at that moment thinking if it was the coolness of fridge or his passionate touches which made her freeze. Her breath became heavy and her heart started its 100 meter racing as she felt his soft lips on her warm skin. As he inhaled the scent of her hair he said "You smell so good sweetheart and your long silky hair drives me insane Kushi. Being around you makes me lose my sanity and I am happy about it. I wish...I so wish to make love to you right here, right now"
As she heard his words she turned back saying "How dare you speak to me like this you Ba***d" and raised her hand to slap him when he held her hands tight in midway.
" Khudko Kyun takleef de rahi ho kushi? Why are you so stubborn?? Why won't you just accept the fact?
"Which fact Mr. Raizada" she asked furiously
"That you love me" he replied calmly
"You have gone out of your mind Arnav, You are just speaking all nonsense...Leave me just leave me" she frightened and tried to free herself from his hold when he smirked looking at her. Kissing her palms he moved his face closer towards her without leaving her hands and said in his husky voice "I love you honey and I will make you realize that you love me too and thereafter we are going to spend a life full of love " and he bit her earlobe which gave her Goosebumps. She looked at his eyes which were filled with love and passion and she lost herself looking at his eyes which reflected only love towards her. After a moment or two she came back to reality and realizing their positions she pushed him with all her might.
"Ohhh...Calm down tigress don't become so furious I mean at-least not here"
"What??"
"I mean you can become a tigress on bed, I never mind in-fact I would enjoy that"
"What the??? You have gone crazy arnav and you are such a pervert, just stay away from me" and started moving out of kitchen
"Yeah I have gone crazy behind you Kushi Kumari Gupta and I don't mind if you call me with whatever name you want to but all I know is loving you sweety. I just can't stay away from you and definitely I am going to make you mine. I have wasted lots of time more than necessary and after thinking a lot about my feelings I arrived at this conclusion that I love you unconditionally and my life is void without you being in it. I just don't want to live a life like this, so I have decided to make you mine in all senses Kushi"
"Stop speaking BS Arnav and your dream of making me yours will remain a dream" she said glaring at him.
"Well Arnav Singh Raizada gets everything that he wishes and my dream of giving all happiness that you deserve and living a blissful life with you is soon going to turn into a reality"
"You are just wasting your time Arnav and I will make sure that your dream never turns into reality"
He slowly moved towards her and lightly rubbed his thumb on her lips. She closed her eyes in anticipation. He said "You look beautiful in this red anarkali Kushi and I can imagine how hot would you look in a red lingerie". She opened her eyes and was ready to blast him but stopped in midway as he slightly sucked corner of her lips. She gulped at this action of his as he continued "Mujhe apni puri baat toh khatam karne de". She had completely turned into a doll whose actions were completely under his control. She just kept quiet as if she didn't find any-words to speak or if she had no guts to open her mouth in front of this romantic charmer and was staring at his eyes when he continued "and how s**y would it sound to hear my name from your mouth when we make passionate love to each other".
Her eyes popped out at this statement of his. Looking at her bewildered form he placed water bottle in her hand saying "Calm dome and drink water. We will have lots of fun sweetheart". Winking his eyes naughtily at her he moved out of kitchen giving his trademark smirk.

Whenever she felt sad or nervous she had a habit to go on terrace to enjoy the cool breeze of evening which would give her a little of peace. But today as she came on terrace she was just in a confused state thinking about the events occurring in her life. As she remembered him, his antics, his behavior, her heart started its "DHAK-DHAK". She calmed herself down by strongly making herself believe that all this was not right. It was nothing new that Arnav and Kushi were great friends in-fact best friends. She would have at-least thought about Arnav if there existed only friendship between them. But hell no, all the equations got changed with their marriage. Her marriage with Arnav's mami's son Dhruv and his marriage with Lavanya. Moreover she was not ready to accept relationship with Arnav as "one of the fact of her life which cannot be changed due to which her first marriage wasn't successful (at-least she believed that this was the reason for her failed marriage) and thought that it would immensely affect Arnav's life " . Also thinking about raizada family who had showered immense pure love on her she was denying Arnav's love at present. Brushing away all these thoughts she took a deep breath, covering herself with her duppatta as she felt cold being in the night breeze she didn't even realize when she dozed-off.
A small smile curved his lips as he saw a angelic form in front of him who was sleeping calmly on terrace. As he examined her carefully under the moonlight he felt an urge to kiss her passionately but he controlled his feelings as he thought that first he would make her realize her feelings giving her the much required personal space and time she requires, however later they had their entire life to enjoy their lovely passionate moments. Lifting her securely in his arms he move towards her room and placed her with care on her bed. Placing a kiss on her forehead he promised himself to fill her life with all love and happiness.
