We have seen, when Kushal came to pick Sona and she was about to slip. Dev held her hands and the expressions on his face was something different. His eyes expressed care for her. It was like he was admiring her.😳

He was restless after he broke her phone and just the thought of her being angry coz of him made him restless and he did so much efforts to make her accept the new smartphone. He was holding her hand and there was no awkwardness until sona asked him to leave her hand.😳
And then with the mention of dating app he asked tina why she downloaded it in Sona's phone. There was a bit of jealousy, if not much.😳
Then while walking... Dev told Sona how he want all his family members to be happy to make her understand his situation. There was no need for him to do that, if he doesn't have any feelings for her. He was patiently listening to Sona's childhood stories and smiling. He asked if she had a love story. Why was he interested in her love story? There has to be some curiosity that led him ask this question to Sona.
And after the accident he told her about his childhood... His difficult childhood. And asked her whether she recognized the kid in the story, when she pointed her finger towards him... The happiness on his face showed that he was pleased to know she understood he was talking about his childhood.😊
I know taking her to the hospital, arranging the blood and staying whole night in the hospital could be out of humanity.
At first i thought he shared his childhood stories with her... Which he didn't share with anyone. But then i thought it could be because he just wanted her to be awake and told her what came in his mind because of the tragic situation.
One more reason for Dev's liking for Sona is, she takes care of his mother so well and even went out of her way to do that (Like she kept the box with their childhood belongings when IShwari asked her to throw it). She has a good rapport with his sisters. Specially Nikki. She bought her back safe during the night part fiasco. And for Neha she made her understand about the English Classes. And he has seen her doing all this. He has a lot of fondness for her.😳
But as per the precap and new promo, he'll stay in the hospital at nights to take care of Sona. When it is known that she's fine now, even her family can take care of her. He can call and get her recovery updates daily. There was no need to stay every night in the hospital to take care of her. But he is doing that... There has to be some feelings for Sona in Dev's heart.😊
In my opinion with Sona around, Dev is always happy. Accept for their arguments, most of the time he is seen smiling when with Sona. Basically he enjoys with her.😊

I think after Sona recovers, Dev will treat her as a friend... But as we know Sona is already head over heals in love with him. He'll take a bit more time just to know why he's always protective towards Sona.
And according to the latest spoiler, if Sona will start ignoring Dev after the entry of the new character... Dev will get restless and impatient. He would want to talk to Sona. But she'll not pay attention. This may lead to his realization of love.😳
And i actually want this to happen. After seeing Kareena's interest in Dev, which obviously Dev will not notice. Sona will start ignoring him. She should come late to the work, when Dev has already left for his office and should leave for home early, before Dev arrives. When he'll not get to see her or even talk to her once...And as she'll be perfectly fine by then, he cannot even go to her place to inquire about her health. He'll become really impatient and his want to meet and talk to Sona will lead to his love realization...!
But as we know it'll take a lot of time for Dev to realize that it is Love.😳
