Ram covered his beautiful wife with a blanket and slipped besides her...securely holding her and their unborn child in his arms...

R: main aapse apaar prem karta hoon Sita...

She said holding his hand that was resting on her stomach. ...
R: ab tum shigra aajao...main tumhare saath khelna chahta hoon, tumhe mujhe pitashee bulaate sunna chata hoon...tumhe apna pehla pug rakhte dekhna chahta hoon...

The whole city awoke to the beating of drums...the royal messenger announced that their queen...Sita is pregnant...
In a matter of couple of hours Ayodhya looked like a festive area...decorated heavily like never before...

Ram walked towards his chamber..shaking his head at the way Sumatraji almost forced him to go to Sita...they had quite a frank relationship like father and son rather than king and cheif minister. ...
He found Sita on their bed with a highly pissed off expression. ...her sisters standind by the bed with folded hands...
He was amused to see her like that he'd never seen her so irritated. ...
R: prateet hota hai vatavaran mein ushma kuch adhik hi hai!
He said looking at her glaring at her sisters ferociously. ...
They all turned to look at him...
Ur: pranam jijashree! aap aaj badi shigra aagaye?
R: haan...vo Sumantraji ne hatt kar mujhe yahi bhej diya kehkar ki yadi koi avashyak baat hui toh ve mujhe suchit kardenge...
Urmila grinned naughtily...
S: ( pleading tone) Swaami!!!!! dekhiye na ye teeno pratah se yahi hai...mujhe uthne tak ka avsar nahi derahi! ab toh nidra bhi nahi aarahi!!!!
R: arrey waah! aapne atyant achcha kaam kiya Urmila,Mandvi, Shrutkirti...

She whined...
Her sisters supressed their giggles seeing their elder sister act like a baby...a cranky baby!!!!!
Ma: jijashree...didi ke liye ek paalne ka nirmaan kara dein?
She teased further making Sita gape and others burst out laughing. ...
On seeing Sita's angry face they immediately stopped but soon burst out laughing again...
Ur: achcha...hum chalte hai...anyatha maatae toh...
With that they left...
Sita blushed seeing him come closer but looked away...
S: iss samay main aapse krodhit hoon...
She thought to herself. ...
R: Maharani ji!
Ram called her lovingly and she instantly fell for it but controlled herself. ...
He was having a hard time controlling his wife turned * angry bird *...
R:...uh...Sitae...
He called again with utmost love...but then thought something new...
R: ( to baby) dekho na tumhari mata tumhare pitashree se krodhit hai...unse kahoge nahi ki apne pitashree ko shyama kardein?...tumhare pita tumhari ma se atyadhik prem karte hai...unse kahoge na?
Sita was touched by this gesture of his...
She got up and leaned next to him as he sat on the bed and kissed his cheek softly...
Understanding her reply he hugged her close...
S: swaami!
R: hmmm?
S: aapko putra chahiye athva putri?
R: ( smile) aap jise janm dengi ko humara ansh hoga...humare prem ks prateek...chahe putra ho athva putri...
Sita blushed...
They heard someone coughing and found it to be Lakshman making them embarrassed. ...
L: uh...p..pranam bhaabhi...bhaiyya!
S: aap? aiyye na...
L: dhanyawaad bhaabhi...main toh keval aapse bhet karne aaya tha...
He replied sitting doen besides her on one of the thrones...
L: ab aap kaisi hai?
S: ( smile )ji...aapka dhanyawaad jo aap mera swaasth janne yaha aye...ab main swaasth hoon..poorn roop se...
R: Sitae...ab punah let jaiyye...
S: uh...parantu bhojan...
R: Urmila bana chuki hai...
S: uh haan...par mata Sumitra ki odhni...uski karigari...
She tried again hesitantly...
R : Shrutkirti paratah hi use unhe sop chuki hai...
Ram smiled at her and cradling her head in his huge palm...he gently lay her down...while Lakshman cleared his throat to make his presence known...
In Kaushalya's room...
K: Sumitra...yah haar Sita par atyant sundar lagega haina?
Su: haan didi...aur yeh kangan dekhiye..maine Sita ke liye banvaye hai...
Kk: Didi! Sumitra...maine Sita ke liye payal banvayi hai...aur yah samast aabhushan hum uski goadbharai mein use bhet karenge...

Few days later...
Midnight...
Sita awoke due to the rumbling in her stomach and placed a hand on it...
S: ( whisper) tum bhi na...itni raatri ko laddoo kaha se milenge...
But it was as if it was adamant. ...she looked at the serene face of her husband...she wanted to wake him up and tell him that for the first time she had got food cravings...but thinking of how tired he was she didn't. ...
But the more sge tried to sleep the more she craved...
So...she got up and made her way to the paakshala...
Next morning. ...
Ram tried hard not to laugh seeing his wife fast asleep besides him with lots of motichoor on her lips...
R: ( to himself) aap iss avastha mein bhi mere liye kitna vichaar karti hai Sitae...
He smiled...wiping off the particles on her lips. ...
He let her sleep and left for his morning prayers after dropping a kiss on her forehead. ...

Ur: arrey jijashree! pranam! aiyye na...aap mujhe bulva lete aalne kasht kyu kiya?
R: nahi...ismein kasht kaisa...mujhe tumhari sahayta ki avashyakta hai Urmila...
Ur: sahayta? avashya! aadesh kijiye jijashree!
Ram explained to her what he had seen...Urmila covered her mouth hearing this trying to stop laughing. .. .
Ur: ( laughing) aap...chintit na hoiyye...main didi ke liye aapke shayan kaksh mein hi ek patra mein laddoo...rakh dungi...
L: pranam bhaiyya! mujhe bhi uphaas ka kaaran bataiyye!
R: uphaas nahi sukh ka kasran kaho...kal raatri tumhari bhaabhi ko pratham baar laddooao ka sevan karne ki ichcha hui...
L: arrey waah! yah toh atyant shubh samachaar hai...
R: ab bas...kuch hi maah sgesh hai...uske upraant...
He smiled...
But little did he know that he'd not see the birth of hus children...not be able enjoy the later months of her pregnancy. ...
It would be only several years later...he'd be able to see them and bring them to their rightful hone but alas theur mother would be deep within the earth instead of her maritial home as the queen of Ayodhya...
