Who so ever directed the episode today...it is probably the best episode I have seen so far of ETR2!! 👏

What an episode! I loved EVERYTHING about it... Okay may be except a little flaw in editing, where some shots were repeated...but that's sort of insignificant...What an episode man!! Totally ENJOYED it!!

So before I write anything I have a confession to make...I had watched a little bit of the first scene on the net...before the evening got really busy ...and I didn't get to watching it until just now on TV...through my dish subscription...So here is the thing...the episode on the net...had a a longer scene with Wilkinson and a longer exchange with Gayatri...which was all cut in the version that came on dish...wonder why???.

Anywho...what was there not to love about the episode...not sure which thing should I pick to make my first post...There were many things I liked so much...but the first one has to be about Gayatri...speaking up! It will fit chronologically too...

So she was drugged...Kuwar chachi had a good plan...she hoped Gayatri will act uninitiated and will say something to offend Wilkinson...that will mess up things for her...What she didn't count on ...was that an uninhibited Gayatri...and her real self about what she actually thinks about the Brit Raj will actually be a turn on for RNJ!! Boy, did you see the expression on his face?? He was like so proud of his little firecracker...He loved it...!! Looks like he shares the feeling with his lovely wife...oops the queen of Amerkot!😛

This is the first sign of attraction I am seeing from RNJ...so far, he has been chivlrous but nonchalant...even irked at times...but today was different...he really liked what she did and what she had to say...and when he jumped at her defense ...I felt it was more than just about his duty...HE was offended, when she was insulted...not because he had to protect his queen but because he really wanted to...

Today Gayatri proved that she does have what it takes to be a real queen...Courage, Confidence, Pride and Leadership!! 👏

Even though she was under the influence when RNJ demanded Wilkie to apologize to his queen...it must have registered somewhere ...that there was her knight...standing up for her...cahllenging some one ...no one in the royal family would challenge either...for HER!! What more proof a woman needs to feel smug...that the one she loves...will do anything to protect her, and her respect!!

And to realize that she was the one who put him in a situation like this...knowingly or unknowingly...is unbearable...

This is real...not a game for children...blood will shed...The reactions were worth watching...BRM can't bear the sight ...immediately curses RM who selected Gayatri to be the queen...because of her...RNJ had to put his life in the line...RM is worried...understandbly so...he doesn't have his sword either...

And there is Gayatri...who flinches looking at RNJ getting serious wounds...A girl from a traders family...who probably never witnessed anything like this...and now her beloved King ...her husband. is being wounded in front of her eyes...

It's funny ...how bravery and the strength of character...adds to how handsome a man looks! RNJ has never looked better😃!! Loved this shot...so prim and proper ...Chiivlrous in every sense of the world...

Can't wait to read your anchor post ...tough choice . Well done ETR team , what an awesome episode 👏 You are right , editing was shoddy but was definitely overshadowed by direction , dialogues and some good acting 👏

The episode was directed by Pawan Parakhi .

I liked the fact the script focused on both the leads 😛

Since I have not watched each and every episode i will say it was one of the best episodes I have watched. Thank you CVs for such an entertaining episode. For sure this will prove to be a TRP gainer.👏 👏

So true isn't it? Rani Gayatri, although in her spiked mode made sure that her self respect as a woman, as a rani and above all as an Indian was not taken away by the mere words of some British officer. 👏 👏

In yesterday's episode love for country overshadowed hatred of wedding. Ranaji was a proud husband whose queen was both courageous and vocal. He was in awe of the courage. He can not handle disrespect towards his family and specially his Rani. He can despise his Patni but no one has a right to disregard his Rani👏

We saw both Raja and Rani are not just pretty face but are full of virtues. Despite being in spiked state Rani does not lose her presence of mind and they find that sword finally making her Ranaji win👏

I will not go with technicals but I for sure will go with something that i found it amiss. I think its too early for this couple to understand subtle indications. Rani just asking Ranaji not to speak holding his hand for a moment : I found it out of place especially when their wedding is in their early days without courtship and all that hate relation. But then Bade bade shows mein choti choti galtiya hoti hain😛

I watched the first part online too. I find often episodes we watch in the US have few scenes edited out on Zee shows. Not sure why.

They edited a very important dialogue that prompted RNJ to react angrily and Gayu stopped him before throwing the crown. The exchange that followed would make more sense, have a bigger impact and look less abrupt had that part not been edited.

More later, its late and my day starts early tomorrow.
