Thanks Aani! I was just beginning to appreciate some things in the episode and this comes as a blow I don't even understand the need of such a scene. And I don't want IshRa to consummate their marriage in inebriated state, but, never mind.

I really don't understand this..and honestly the fact that Shagun showed her the mirror does not really shock me as much as this statement of hers.

Like Nidoo already said, Ishita didnt say she doesnt want sex just that the doctor was talking about how they have to take the step, have to have sex only then they can be treated and all, in a way the doc was subtly asking why the delay and what could Ishita say except that they had a marriage where they took time to get to know each other since they were married when they barely knew each other and slowly as they became friends things got better but since the sex life already was on the backburner from the beginning, they havent been able to make a breakthrough on the front. She possibly couldnt really say why the delay right, so she said some things that were a little ambigious and were interpreted by everyone in the way they chose to do so

Thanks Nidoo..for clarifying that..I need to watch the epi now..may be all is not lost yet...Ishita is a character I like ..inspite of her irritating mahapanti and samaj seva...and I would hate to see her character butchered.

I liked some things in the episode. I liked the fact that Ishita's womanhood was subtly questioned, even in this conversation with the doctor. And as Aani said, what else could she have stated as the reason for this delay.
