Winning Bigg Boss 8 has turned out to be a great catalyst for Gautam Gulati's film career. In a golden turn of events, Ekta Kapoor has now signed the TV actor for a three-film deal. That's not all. According to reports, he has also signed two more films where he plays a con man and a director, respectively.
A source told this paper, "Ekta Kapoor always has an eye for emerging talent. She knows Gautam well as she has also cast him in her television serials Kasamh Se, Tujh Sang Preet Lagayi Sajana and Pyaar Kii Ye Ek Kahaani."
He got noticed in Diya Aur Baati Hum for his character Vikram Rathi. He was very popular on Bigg Boss and made news for getting intimate with Diandra Soares. It was a good number of fans that enabled him to win the show.
The source added, "The production house is still discussing the
details with him and they will soon approach him with specific roles
in their upcoming films that are slated to go on the floors this year."
