As long as the annoying trio is out of sight, anything for it. Sahi track toh hota agar abi bi Dhruv ko character recovery dete, not just jumping from Nandu jaap to MaNan cupiding. Like, think about Cabir. It's not like he's suddenly hailing Nandu as the next deal. But his intentions stem from Manik's - he's taking his cues there. And that makes sense. Friends do that. But Dhruv ka toh actor is also so darned marginal. They did give Manik and Dhruv a scene where Dhruv is sensing something off and even "confronting" Manik about it, so to say. Such a waste... I try to think of what someone like Ayaz could have done in that role, and suddenly the prospect of the scene doesn't seem so pointless.
And Rafi yaar, I thought I had Charlie issues - glad to know I'm not alone. She's too... argh! Matlab, her ajib sa wannabe bossying around because I'm your bestestest buddy wala thing is common offscreen and onscreen, and DONO jagah itna fabricated hai! Like why! What's her compulsion to be this everyone's favourite person deal? *Insert Manik eye roll* She just tries too hard to be the coolest one around. It's irksome.
