Mrs Iyer comes to Ishita asking if all is well she says yes don't worry. She goes down to the compound where kids are bursting crackers and thinks of someone else's kid as Ruhi. She asks Amma/Appa and everyone where Ruhi is. Mra Bhalla tells Ishita I know where Ruhi is.
