Hello everyone,
I am back.. With an FF this time round :) First of all, my heartfelt thanks to all your amazing responses to my previous works. I know I should be replying to each of you individually but I am a horribly lazy nikammi and with a one year old daughter who has just started walking, I really don't have time on my side. So please bear with me.
Coming to the FF, I actually started writing this one 3-4 years ago for another couple but never got to completing it/posting it. Its been lying unfinished in my laptop for all these years and now I felt that I should re-work this story for IshRa. Normally, I have the whole FF written out before I start posting but I am just so excited about this one, I couldn't resist posting a teaser prologue. So do read it and let me know what your thoughts are.

Prologue
"All of this is temporary. One
day or the other, we are going to get out of here. Beyond here, your world and
mine are totally different. You and I are totally different. Anything more than
that is impossible," she told him. "And what about us, here and now? Are you
telling me you'll forget all of this and go about your life like nothing
happened?" he asked her, the pain in his chest coming back with intensity.
"This place, these moments, what we shared will always be special to me.. You
will be special to me.. What we shared, I can never share with anyone else nor
will I ever.. But I also know there can't be anything more to us.. Just as I
know that you can and you will be able to move on in life even after this" she
stated calmly.</font>
...He reluctantly let go of her hand and watched
her walk away.
