The novel is good. It is written by Farhat Ishtiaq... By the looks of it they have added extra characters in the show. Do you want a summary?

Sanam seems to be taking up a lot of dramas at once.

No I think Osman and Maya might be an extra couple who werent in the novel, maybe one of them would be a sibling of the main character you know like in Mata e Jaan drama they added the character of Hania's sister and her husband.
