ETT was the only Salman movie I LOVED after Maine pyaar kyun kiya. It just made so much sense and atleast had a story. It was a bit boring in between though.

New York was also epic. I was in shock for 2-3 days after watching those scenes. :P Brilliantly directed I would say. John was wow and Kat was also surprisingly good. NY is a must watch.

Underrated I would say.

he is neither underrated or overrated...I like his films..they are not perfect..but they are well made. And most importantly...all his films have done well. Don't know how his Kabul Express did.
New York was a good film. ETT was very entertaining.

He is neither overrated or underrated. He has made good films. There was more realism in his earlier movie--Kabul Express, New York had some commercial value and some realism, ETT was mostly commercial. I have a feeling Phantom is again less on commercial and more realism and then the Salman movie would be purely commercial. He would do better if he can balance the both aspects. My favourite would be ETT though, purely for entertainment value and for Salman Khan. Kabul Express and New York were good movies but depressing at the same time.

He recently had his comeback hit with Sitaare Zameen Par. Shahrukh and Salman are nowhere to be seen. Aamir Khan will also be producing that...
