Eat your music?

What's good food without great music to accompany it? So while the Antakshari team celebrated their song and dance at Angeethi, they also ate, drank and then ate some more (good North Indian cuisine does that to you!). This evening of song and games, hosted by Gajendra Singh, took a typical Annu Kapoor style twist, as he played entertainer from the word go. Annu began a sing-song session that kept the tempo high. As wife Pammi cheered on. Joining in the melodious evening were Abhijeet and Aadesh and Vijeta Shrivastav who later caught up with singer Vinod Rathod. Alka Yagnik voiced her concern about finding the next big voice of India. Annu told guests at his table about how he seldom gets angry, but when he does, well, then he really loses it! He later spoke about a funny incident that had occurred when he was shooting with his then co-host Durga Jasraj in Bangkok.

Poor Jasvinder! She was forced to keep away from all the food as she was on a fast. But she promised to come to Angeethi again with her family just to try out the food.

CONTROVERSY'S CHILD

Juhi Parmar, who came straight from a shoot, was all set to clear the controversies surrounding her. Yes, her fashion sense was under scrutiny, but she passed this time. And when she was asked about her reported rift with Anu Kapoor, she said, "Yes, we do have differences of opinion sometimes, but we never take it to heart. We are professionals."
