Lets Help Our Randhir :P

Hey guys after watching Randhir in yesterday's episode
I am sure most of us now know that
what all qualities are NOT needed to become a gud leader 😛

As we know that our Randhir is going to get removed from the captaincy😕

I was thinking lets Imagine that we get a chance to give Tips to Randhir
on How to become a good leader ! ⭐️

All u have to do is suggest a quality u think is necessary to be a good leader !
And if possible u can describe it or give reasons too 😊

Note:- And its ok if the quality u want to write is already suggested post it again 😊

Maybe these suggestions can be helpful to us too 😉
In the future if we become a leader/captain we know how we can become a gud one 😃

According to me a leader should be encouraging !👍🏼

He should not say "Tumse Nahi hoga" like Randhir said yesterday !👎🏼

He should always try to encourage his team mates and try to bring the best out of them 😊

According to me, a leader should act like a leader and not a boss! Randhir was behaving like he is the boss n the rest of his team r his employees!! 😆

a leader should be a motivator...gud at mutual relations with his team members...must keep his personal issues aside...being a management student i can write 14 pages on it...a week b4 i actually hav done it...in internal test of human resource management...nd i can assure uh...randhir is not performingg single role a leader must play...

My dad said that Randhir has all qualities of a bad leader after watching the SanDhir village argument 😛

I feel to be a good leader you should be motivating. Downgrading your fellow group members is one sign of being a failure as a leader. A good leader should be supportive and understanding of all team members. A good leader should be patient and level minded. And above all a good leader should be the total opposite of Randhir lol 😆

I'd say he should be calm and not think dream team challenge as a one man army...
Instead of pressuring all he should motivate them

He should be a leader and NOT a dictator!😊
