One more VM on HKP Meerasim
Meerab doesn't like too much heavy clothes or jewelry as she told maa begum...she likes to be simple and that's why her wardrobe before marriage was very simple and after marriage she wore little heavy dresses...she wore acc to her character
Haya marium maa begum were always overly dressed as that's what is expected from them
Also Haya used to dress up to seduce Murtasim. I remember there was this one scene where she was like “saari tyaari barbaad” 🤣 or something along those lines
Then at the Nikkah when she wore the dress Murtasim got for her magar Phir bhi koi faida nahi howa aur ulta baisti ho gaye epic wali 🤭

She was. And that’s why Murtasim loved her despite all her mistakes. They weren’t ill intentioned and her heart was always in the right place. When she wanted to help Naila or Maryam or Haya, her reasoning was very pure.
She even listened to Maa Begum and went to the gaaon to pick up Haya and when Murtasim called her ziddi she’s like ummm, me and ziddi? This woman literally tried to kill me and I got her back in my vicinity And then she tells him that even Haya deserves to marry someone she is okay with not a forced marriage. I liked these soft moments from her because it showed how amazing of a person she was despite whatever that family had done to her.
And there was this REALLY heartbreaking moment when Maa Begum is showering her love for Maryam and saying that of course I will not marry you off without asking you and I know you are as jazbaati as your brother. And Meerab looks on so fondly at them. And idk my heart just felt for her because Maa Begum never offered her the same courtesy. No choice, nothing. But still in this scene there was no eye roll or bitterness from Meerab. She was genuinely happy to see Maryam and Maa Begum hug it out
