Just watched today's episode!!!!! Now it does seem like Shahnawaz is NOT scamming Mehru??? He is actually falling for her. It would be totally odd now if he scams her because all his monolog and thinking of her point to the fact that he's in love.

I'd still like to know why he was trying to prevent Amal from going on her girls' trip?? Like what even!! He's not giving her any time and he tries to control what she does with her life?! I didn't like that part.

I'm probably willing to understand though that his horrid behavior until he met Mehru was completely influenced by the environment in which he grew up. His ever scamming mother and the political life he lead ..He's probably turning a new leaf after getting a better understand of what lies beyond his mansion walls.

It's good that he informed Mehru of the plans to change the CCTV footage - I liked him in today's episode and it would be really weird if this change was not organic but instead part of his effort to trap her.

Rafay is getting on my nerves - I used to want him to be Mehru's endgame but he and his mom don't seem to have a mind of their own and Mehru deserves better!

Urooj needs to learn her lesson - not sure how that's going to come about. Likewise her mom.

The show is getting a lot more interesting now.

there are many people who still have confusion or doubt about him is he really falling in love with mehru or not . now rafey should introduce to shahnawaz because after his reaction we can conclude what is inside his heart.

1.He is in love with her. 2.He still hasn't acknowledged that it is love. 3. He wants to save his brother by hook or crook. These three statements are independent of each other. Just because he is in love with her, he is not going to change overnight though we see some signs. He is still cold and calculative and it's going to take a lot for him to change. He hasn't even understood his love for her and he probably isn't even thinking about changing for her at the moment.

He is still going to do something to get his brother out, that is for sure. Love will change him but it will be gradual not overnight and they need to be spending more time with each other for us to experience that change.

Agree! Overnight change wouldn't look organic either! This is not some new-year resolution to change completely all of a sudden

Mehru deserves someone way better than Rafay...I agree with everything else...Amal dynamics still throws me off guard.

Yeah that seemed out of character - if they want to show him as someone who is impressed with independent strong girls then it's just plain weird for him to take away the independence from his fiance ...like even on the phone today he said something to her on the lines of you left me and went with friends so we'll talk after you are back or soemthing to that effect ...

it would have made more sense if he had happily agreed to her trip ..given that he also wasn't wanting to be with her much!! ..

What a beautifull episode . I didn't even mind the negativity of Urooj. In fact I was smiling watching her trying to convince Mehru that Rafay was enjoying himself talking to her (Urooj) . Mehru who doesn't love Rafay to feel jealous was only surprised, because Rafay changed his habit, she didn't even call him to check if he was alright. So . Shahnawaz is now thinking of Mehru a lot, he daydreams of her, remembers their meetings, and studies her dailogues.. he is even questioning his feelings, and considering love as a posibility. Such a huge impact she left in him, and he is an expert in skipping feelings, and ignoring girls love.

He warned Mehru about changing the video , which means that he is betraying his family , for whom? For Mehru. If this isn't love, so what will it be?!

Ali Raza's expressions were amazing. In all those scenes he was thinking about her, in the office when he watched her preaching Sikandar. And after they get out of the office .. He looked charmed by her.

Loved the episode. OMG what was shah going gaga over Mehru every moment she is around him. The way she is affecting him that he can't remember anything else except her. He has fallen in love with her and he has started to question himself if this is love or not? Probably even if he knows that he loves her , his ego won't allow it and the acknowledgement will take time. He just likes her to be around him. Everytime she is around him, he can't stop smiling, he is impressed, mesmerised by her. Basically that soft shah who is hiding inside him ( remember the question he asked from his mother once about being too harsh on people as politicians) comes out with her. His softness starts to overpower his ruthless heartless politician image. That's the kind of impact mehru has on him.

I mean the way he tells Mehru that he always thought that she is a strong hard hearted girl but he could see her soft side for other people, he is observant and probably he will realise the same about him that he isn't a ruthless hard hearted guy like he is trying to be for the sake of politics and his mother. He still is fooling himself that oh I am trapping her but also imagining a date with her , then recalling each and every moment he had with her from their first meeting. Just he can't let her go from his mind. His inner monologue where he is saying that no one has been important to him than himself, but she is the one taking that place in his life and heart and head, it would be so interesting to watch when he actually acknowledges that she is actually important to him lol. I love the OST placement. Be it "Mera man ab mera na raha" while him thinking about her or "Mayal hone laga hai ye dil." Suits so perfectly on Shah whenever he is questioning himself about his feelings for Mehru. OST is definitely one big plus point for the drama.

I am so excited to see a goner in love shah once he acknowledges his love for her because that would be crazy to watch. Makers need to execute it better somehow because the chemistry is insane. And this trope works well for the audience especially with such young good looking pair.
