I love ulfat. I see why people hate her and how she is the worst at this point but this is an moderately educated girl, who is head strong and got ego boasts by her parents at any given time probably until she was married. Her mother continues that behavior till past two episodes too until mulvi sahab died.
To begin with her parents got her married to a person they knew she wouldn't like. She wants to stay in her lane and have others stay in theirs. not much wrong with that that she doesn't want to join in the family festivities. The wrong thing maybe is that she expects everyone to respect her without forming any kind of relationship with them nor being nice to them but she had a cordial relationship with her husband.
Ulfat acts everytime she is provoked and for some reason, culturally we feel that provoking others will get the best results. To turn a headstrong character like ulfat into a character who isn't thinking at all is the worst evolution i've seen. I hate how strong heaaded women are eventually their own villans. A lot of her behavior is not justifiable but she is still not as worse as the two faced reaction of the three of afzal's siblings. Also afzal should know that weather his wife actually wants kids or not. She ha a right to her body and abortion is not that big of a deal
