Based on what we have seen today, even though Zaid is all zeal to become rich and famous but not at the cost of his freedom.

To your point that he will marry to become overnight rich... I don't think so. He will marry as Arham would have left him without any choice.. being spineless. He has left no stones overturned to 'escape' the noose he needs to face.

I'm just trying to envisage how Zaid will react to the marriage and move from being fun loving agitated person to a sedate, shrewd businessman.

Yes you are right. Initially I thought that way but not anymore!
I don't think it's based on a novel. I will ask the director how many episodes there are.

I thought things happened. Like Zaid telling Naina and Arham to run away. And how he tried to convince his family against Naina.

You are right when the episode is aired once a week, we do expect the story to move a little faster..

However, compared to other Pakistan stories online that I have watched before, this is far better in pace...

I don't think he had a heart attack. It was more like he is a heart patient and he should note take "stress." Unless the doctors are concerned about tokutsubos cardiomyopathy, I am not sure what kind of stress they mean. I think its more like the mother concerned about the dad being a heart patient. If Arham tells his dad, I don't think anything will happen lol. Also, its Arham who is scared to tell his dad otherwise he would have told his dad even with his heart problem. I am sure Naina's and Zaid's fathers also have some medical problems and are just at risk for tokutsobus like Arham's dad (because a previous CAD is not a risk factor for tokutsubos).
