Novel is about Dr. Zobia who has joined a new hospital away from her city. She is generally negative about herself and has low self esteem. In the hospital her colleagues / seniors are Dr. Asfandyar, Dr. Asifa and others. Her back story is revealed gradually in flashbacks explaining her circumstances, her life after her mother's death, how she trusts the wrong person and finally why she is living away from home.
