there is one dialogue I didn't understand. She says "AJ behmar thodi na hain. Voh apni maut aur bemari se logon ko dara kar unse apni marzi ke faisle manvata hai." This was right before she says nafrat ho rahi hai mujhe khud se Wali...

Does this mean this is what she thought of him.. that he was using his health to manipulate people and that is why she is hating herself.. or does it have some other meaning that I am not catching on.
