Oh nice! Ok it's in Urdu and given the fact that Urdu and Hindi are very similar, I think as a Hindi speaker you'll definitely be able to understand. Also in case you're looking the episodes can be found on youtube. Here's the link to the first one:

^ Most of the time they change bits and pieces, like endings, according to the serial, and changed from the novel.

Havent read the novel, but its not necessary that the ending is same!
