Will recommend sleep hygiene
1. No tv or gadgets Or solving puzzles 1 hr b4 bed
2. Bed only for sleep no watching tv or Eating in bed
3 fixed waking and sleeping hrs
4 no caffeine after 5 pm
5 hot bath n warm milk b4 bed
6 no afternoon naps
n some more
Is reading allowed in bed?
I'm good on all fronts except that one and fixed sleeping time.
