Two of the serials which I used to watch, Agnihotra-2 and Sambhaji have now ended. The reality shows which I watch regularly - Sur nava dhyas nava and Bigg boss Marathi are not currently on.
Stopped watching Agubai Sasubai a month or so back.
Only watching Swamini as of now. Anu other serials worth watching now ?
JZYP is not that good serial.. just a tolerable than other current running serials.
since last 1 or 1 and half month ,satish rajwade is busy with his directorial debue web series"samantar"starring his fav swapnil joshi and tejaswini pandit,traior is released on 8th march,quite interesting,joshi is in diff role and its releasing on 13th march on mx player.
so it could b like that rajwade had not supervised each episode although he is a supervisor as channel has to b ready withbank of episodes and that too whenu have stars like shailesh datar ,sharad ponkshe who r busy with their plays .
he must have given imp to his web rather than d show which actuallu acc to my point of view failed to get more viewership than original, right from first week.
As in recent times,rajwade has lost his midas touch with failuar projects like mpm3,jeevalaga and this show from biginning,so he may want to concentrate fully on his web series with mangaing his responsibilites as a channel head.

Char Divas Sasuche ran for 9 long years and seems to have been a TRP topper for quite some time. It also seemed to be massive in rural Maharashtra.
It easily defeated the then immensely popular Hindi serials like Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu thi and others in Maharashtra in TRP ratings.
It had a good star cast who were good actors.
CDS and Hya Gojirwanya Gharat are two serials that made ETV Marathi.
If anybody can access TRP ratings between 2001 and about 2008 I am pretty sure CDS will trump all other Marathi serials and many Hindi serials in the TRP race.

please do find the trp that time. Among so many good serials like kunku, kulvadhu, asambhav, vaadalvat, aabhalmaya, Agnihotra it didn't stand any chance to be trp topper. CDS is a very old serial. All the serials you have mentioned came around 2007 -2010. That means CDS was already 6 years old and might have been topping the chart . So even if it slipped lower or even out of top 5 it was still a feat.
Unfortunately only BARC has that data.
CDS last episode aired on March 2013. So it must have started from 2004 or so. Kunku aired between 2010-2013. Aabhalmaya s2 and s3 , around 2005, 2007, Agnihotra 1 2009-10, and vaadalvat, asambhav around 2007-08. Kulvadhu 2006-07. Plus so many serials like oon-paus, kalat-naklat , avghachi sansar and so on...I don't even remember. you decide yourself where is the quality of CDS against all these.Originally posted by: surajhere
