Ties That Bind, Ties That Break Part 1

This SS is loosely based on the Malayalam movie Spadikam which was remade in Telugu as Vajram, Tamil as Veerappu and in Kannada as Mr. Theertha.But this SS is not exactly like the movie.

This is a family story which has very less couple scenes.

A young boy in 20's is punching a boy on the road.All were staring at them.A car stopped there.A middle aged man who was in the car stared at the boy in anger.

He came out of the car and went near them.Seeing him the young man stopped punching the other boy.The other boy just ran away.The middle aged man looked at the boy in disgust.He called the young boy angrily:Shaurya!

Shaurya:Dad!

He was the famous Maths Professor Raghav Jindal.

Raghav:What is thus Shaurya?You have always embarrassed me.Now you are embarrassing me again by fighting like a goon in front of me.

Shaurya became dull.

Shaurya:That boy was disturbing some girls.That's why I punched him.

Raghav:Oh really?Then why no girls are around you?All the girls are after Rajveer because he is a gentleman.But no girl comes near you because you are nothing other than a pure rowdy.You are a goon who is born to shame me.

Shaurya got hurt.

Shaurya:Yes.I am a goon.But I don't fight with innocent people.But I fight for innocent people.I am proud of myself.

Raghav:But you are a shame for your own family.I am glad that you are not my only son.Otherwise I would have died out of shame.

Shaurya's heart got wounded.

His pain turned into his frustration and anger.

He uttered:Monster!

Raghav suppressed his anger as it was a public place.

Raghav walked away and got inside the car.

Raghav Jindal was taking Maths class in his college.

He saw some students talking in his class.

He could not control himself and blasted at them.

Raghav shouted:Get out of my class.

They bent their heads in shame and went out of the classroom.

After some time those students got suspended from the college.Those students looked at Raghav painfully.

One student:Why did you give us such a big punishment for not attending your class properly?Did we do any crime Sir?

Raghav gritted his teeth in anger.

Raghav:Even after getting suspended you guys have no regret.Not listening to my Maths lecture is equal to any crime.I don't need such students in my classroom.Those who cannot do Maths properly do not even deserve to enter the college compound. Be happy that I did not dismiss you from this college.

I am the Vice Principal of this college too.At anytime i can throw you out.Mathematics is life.There is no life without Mathematics.After waking up we look at the clock first. Right?That's the importance of Mathemetics in our life.If one cannot do Maths properly he is a life time loser and a complete waste.So all of you...

Raghav screamed:Get out.

Shaurya went to the Jindal Mansion.

His siblings Kavya and Rajveer hugged them emotionally.

Rajveer:Shaurya!

Raghav:Rajveer.. you have a prestige.Don't ruin it by clinging onto a goon like Shaurya.

Shaurya,Rajveer,Kavya and their mother Preeta became upset.

Preeta:What are you saying Raghav?You are asking your son to stay away from his own brother?

Raghav:It is better not to have a rowdy brother like Shaurya.I am sure that Shaurya is jealous of his brother Rajveer's achievements.

They all became upset again.

Raghav:Shaurya...look at Rajveer.Unlike you,he was excellent in studies.He used to get 100/100 for Maths.See where he is now.He is the CEO of a big company now.But you didn't study when you had to.So you are just a taxi driver and a big zero.You only have a big surname Jindal.

Raghav walked away in irritation.

Rajveer:Shaurya...don't take dad's words seriously.

Shaurya:No Rajveer.Trust me.I am proud of you.I am not at all jealous of you.

Rajveer:I know that.I understand you very well Shaurya.

Kavya smiled.

They smiled.

Preeta smiled emotionally.

Shaurya went near Preeta.

Shaurya:Maa!

Preeta caressed her face and said:Ignore your father's cruel words.

Shaurya:Yes Maa.For me he is only a monster.

Preeta:Don't call your father a monster.

Shaurya:That's impossible Maa.

Preeta became dull.

Preeta:Mohit's family is coming here to fix his and Kavya's marriage officially.

Shaurya smiled at Kavya.

Shaurya:You are lucky to have an engineer as your husband.I could not become an engineer,but just a loser.

Kavya became upset.

Kavya:Don't say like that Shaurya.For us,you are not a loser.

Shaurya smiled emotionally.

Preeta was feeding Shaurya with her hand.

Shaurya:Maa,your cooking is the best.But when you feed me with your hands it tastes better.

Preeta smiled.

Shaurya:But others will tease us if they see a mother feeding her adult son.

Preeta giggled.

Preeta:Let them tease us.But I won't stop feeding my children.

Shaurya smiled.

After she finished feeding him,he laid his head on her lap.She caressed his head.

He remembered Raghav taunting him.

Shaurya:Maa,your lap is the best place for comfort.When I lie on your lap,I get relief.

Preeta smiled.

Rajveer was sitting with his fiancee Pallavi.

Pallavi:Rajveer,you got such a good position.All are praising you.Then why are you still not happy?

Rajveer:I am happy with my career graph.I am happy to get praised by others as my hard work is getting paid off.But I feel sad that dad is always comparing Shaurya with me and taunting him.I never wanted this to happen Pallavi.I love Shaurya.I wish I was a bad student.I wish I was not successful.If so dad would not have behaved like this to Shaurya.

Pallavi:Rajveer,I understand your condition.You feel helpless and depressed to see your dad insulting Shaurya.But have faith in yourself and destiny.Everything will be fine one day.

Rajveer:I don't know whether everything will be fine.But after sharing my pain with you,I feel relieved.

Pallavi smiled slightly.

Rajveer embraced Pallavi emotionally.

Pallavi caressed his back to comfort him.

Shaurya was drinking in the bar with his friend Sandy.The police cops reached there.

The sub Inspector Anuj Rathore said:Shaurya...come with us to the police station.

Shaurya:But what crime did I do to come there?

Anuj:You punched Ravin in a public place.

Shaurya:He deserved it as he was touching girls in public places.So I didn't do anything wrong my laying my hands on him.So I won't come with you.

Anuj:How dare you disobey me?

Anuj pulled his collar.

Shaurya:Leave me Sir.Otherwise I might lose control and end up beating you.It will be a Shane for you to get beaten in a bar.

Anuj suppressed his anger.

Anuj:You will pay for this Shaurya.

Anuj walked away with the other cops.

Shockingly Kavya was caught by Anuj and brought to the police station.

Raghav Shaurya's scene was sad. Raghav is so bad to say that to tell the siblings to stay away from Shaurya. What kind of a dad is he? At least Shaurya has good siblings. Preeta and Shaurya's scene was heartwarming. Palveer scene was lovely. Surprising how Shaurya openly threatened a cop. Feeling sad for Kavya. Waiting for next, perfect pics

Kavya:Dad!

Raghav:Kavya!

Raghav:Sir...what mistake did my innocent daughter do?

Anuj:Sometimes people have to pay for their siblings' crimes too.Shaurya Jindal refused to come here.So to bring him here I had to bring his sister to the police station.

Raghav and Kavya were shocked.

Shaurya reached there.He looked at Kavya.

Shaurya:KD!Are you alright?

Kavya wept:Shaurya,I am alright.

Shaurya stared at Anuj.

Shaurya:You didn't do right sir.You have hurt my sister.

Anuj:It's because of you she had to be here.When you try to mess with me,your sister will suffer.

Shaurya lost his control:What did you say?

Shaurya raised his hand to beat Anuj.

Suddenly Kavya stopped him.

Kavya:No Shaurya.Please don't beat a police officer when they are trying to prove that you are a goon.

Shaurya nodded.

Anuj pushed him inside the lock up.

Kavya became upset.

Kavya:Please don't put my brother in the jail.

Raghav:Kavya..please stop your sentiments.

Raghav told Anuj:Because of this criminal,my innocent daughter had to be in the police station.So let him be in the jail Sir.

Shaurya thought:What else can I expect from my monster dad.

Kavya was shocked:Dad!How can you say this?

Raghav:He deserved it Kavya.You are too innocent to understand it.

Kavya looked at Shaurya painfully.

Shaurya:Don't worry about me KD.I am alright.

Anuj:Prof.Raghav Jindal...you can take your daughter with you now.

Raghav and Shaurya were relieved.

Raghav held Kavya's hand and walked out of the police station.Immediately Anuj started beating Shaurya.

Shaurya:I am not beating you back only because my sister asked me not to beat you.So don't think that I am weak.

Anuj smirked.

Kavya told Rajveer:Rajveer...get Shaurya out of the jail fast.

Rajveer:Of course yes Kavya.You don't worry.

Kavya was relieved.

Rajveer released Shaurya from the jail.

Shaurya and Rajveer hugged each other emotionally.

Anuj smirked at Shaurya.

Anuj:Now you know how I am.So don't mess up with me.Understand?

Shaurya kept silent.

Rajveer:Shaurya...let's go.

They both stepped out of the police station.

They reached the compound of the Jindal house.

Shaurya:Rajveer!Maa..?

Rajveer:Don't worry.We have not told anything to Maa.

Shaurya:Good.Maa will be upset if she comes to know that I was arrested by police.

Raghav told the Advocate:I want to make a Will.After our death,all our properties should go to Kavya and Rajveer.

Preeta was shocked.

Preeta:What are you saying Raghav?Then what about Shaurya?

Raghav:I will not give anything to that loser.

Preeta became upset.

Preeta:But he is also our son.

Raghav:He is not less than a goon.I can't consider a goon as my son.

Mohit's family came to the Jindal Mansion and fixed his marriage with Kavya.All were very happy.

Mohit:Kavya..finally we are getting married.

Raghav taunted him:Which parents will give their daughter to a goon?

Preeta became upset.

Shaurya:Actually for the first time my monster dad said something true.No good family will get their daughter married to me. I don't care also.I am happy being single.

Anuj was romancing a lady in the hotel room.Somebody knocked the door.He opened the door.He was shocked to see Shaurya there with a smirk on his face.

Anuj:You?

Shaurya:Yes.I was keeping an eye on you.So I reached here.The so called ideal police officer is with a call girl.Great!

Anuj was embarrassed.

The lady came and stood near her.

Shaurya's best friend Sandy who was behind him started taking their photographs.

Anuj was shocked.

Anuj:Please don't leak the photographs.

Shaurya:I am not that cheap to do that.But promise me that you will not trouble my family anymore like you troubled my sister Kavya.

Anuj:I will not trouble your family.

Shaurya:Okay..good.

Shaurya and Sandy walked away.

Anuj was really angry.

Anuj:I will not leave you Shaurya.

Shaurya went to a hotel room.A girl was standing there.

Shaurya:Why did you call me here Shanaya?

Shanaya:Shaurya,I left my home.I can't stay there anymore.Dad won't allow me to marry Sunny.I love Sunny.I have called Sunny too.We are planning to get married.

Shaurya:Okay...relax.I will conduct your wedding.After all you and Sunny are my good friends.

Shanaya smiled.

Suddenly Anuj landed up there with police constables.

Anuj:We are raiding this hotel.Shaurya...you are arrested along with this girl for immoral traffic.

Shaurya and Shanaya were shocked.
