halak Dikhhla Jaa Reloaded: Faisal Khan winning the show is NOT unfair

People need to stop claiming that it's unfair for Faisal to be declared as the winner. Here's why I think so!

Faisal Khan has won Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa Reloaded and people on social media have mixed reactions. While some are elated that a deserving dancer has bagged the trophy, there are others who are unhappy, considering the fact that he is a professional dancer. My question is- SO WHAT if he is a professional dancer? Let's go over the format which is followed in Jhalak each year. This show evidently, consists of dancers as well as non-dancers. Where this series has seen the likes of Lauren Gottlieb and Isha Sharvani, it has also seen contestants such as Irfan Pathan and Vivian Dsena, who have left feet. All in all, JDJ is an amalgamation of dancers from all walks of life. Some are trained, others aren't. Some have the dancing keeda in them, other's don't. This year, people were expecting either Sanaya Irani or Mohit Malik to be declared as the winner as opposed to trained dancer Faisal Khan. Why? Because like ever year, there's a tough fight between the better and the popular dancer and the latter always wins. Let's look at the history of Jhalak. Season 7 saw Ashish Sharma winning the show as opposed to professional dancer Shakti Mohan. Drashti Dhami took home the trophy in season 6, as opposed to the superbly talented Lauren Gottlieb.

This is the first time, a professional dancer has won the show and quite frankly, I don't get why people are complaining. If all these years a non-dancer has made the cut, why cry about one deserving candidate winning for once? Besides, that's not even the point. The makers first come up with a show involving professional and non-dancers. Participants from the either categories compete for the trophy. Are you really telling me that just because Faisal is a trained dancer, he doesn't deserve to win the show? If that's the case, then why have trained dancers in the first place? Let's make Jhalak a show about non-dancers on the whole right? But the makers won't do that, because there's only a limit to which the viewers can bare glamour and bad dancing.

I'm glad that a brilliant dancer like Faisal is being given his due credit. Just because he's trained, doesn't mean its not okay for him to win. How about we all acknowledge the hard work put in by the lad in this show? It's not easy to dance, that too the way Faisal does. If people have a problem with the fact that Faisal won Dance India Dance and now Jhalak, too bad, he's just that good. Let's for once credit Faisal for the fact that he was more deserving than Sanaya, Shamita and Mohit.

Completely agree with you.Faisal may not have a crazy fandom but he has many well wishers and trp audience support.I dont think colors cheated on sanaya fans as the final results are audited genuinely by all channels for any reality show.Its just that sanaya fans didnt know that he was popular in real world.I m a silent viewer and only followed jdj for faisal.He was amazing in DID and he continued the standard in jdj.Infact the season in which faisal won DID was the biggest hit and got record breaking trp and votes for Zee 😉 So no way he is less popular than the IF stars.HE IS THE FAIR AND MOST DESERVING WINNER OF JHALAK 😃

All crazy fans of said that professional trained dancer should not win so let me remind that where jalak mentioned that show about non dancer becomes dancer. It is about dance whether it's trained or not n who stopped sanaya for took training of dance. All who oppose Faisal's win they are trying 2 say that traind people should not in our cricket team 😆. non trained should be their bec they are not trained,On our borders there should not be trains soldiers bec they are trained. And to all sanaya ( blind) lovers,there is diff between love n crazyness. Its diff to see loss someone u love but that not means u stop thinking by your mind. And all sanaya fans even know that Faisal deserves most win than sanaya but they will never accept this

Completely agree with u very well said people have made up their own minds that it's about non dancers to dancers but that's not true anyways maybe some people can't just accept the truth that Faisal was deserving n he is being rewarded for that 😃

judges scored them on THEIR ability...not others... had it been a comparison...none of them other than faisal could hv had gotten 40 ever...

Everyone has their own beliefs on what this show is supposed to be. Faisal is a star in his own right and hence justifies the title 'Dancing with the Stars'. But the original JDJ was sold as the journey from a non-dancer to a dancer and for me, that was always the charm. It's what made this dance reality show different from others.

Have they voted for their favourite through Phone SMS ??? There will be ur answer why Faisal Khan won bcz he is the most popular celebrity in India TV viewers loves him especially bcz of his epic role Kunwar Pratap from Maharana Pratap show

Agree with you completely. Faisal deserves every bit of success. He has slogged and worked hard just like the other contestants. It's just that people don't want to acknowledge.
