Because time couldn't change the mindset even after so many years and decades. It seems it benefits some groups and everyone else is acting like puppets around it.

Well, the more we became educated [Ahem], the more things became complicated. Tbh, the education has nothing to do with the mentality. Things are either black or white by the thinking level, as I have seen people with no education with a bigger heart rather than other breeds. That makes a huge difference as well.
