Shyaam panicks seeing that anjali has booked a ticket for khushi to see arnav in london

Then they show him at the poolside talking to someone in distress on his phone (we only see it, but don't get to hear the conversation)...

shyam must have thought that if khushi reach London n tell abt the paper to arnav then he is gone ...
and whom he called? i think he called the person who will sign as witness on those will paper ...without two witness will paper cannot be registers(legally) ...
