That's a pretty competitive total posted by Royal Challengers Bangalore at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium. Electing to bat first, du Plessis and Kohli got the Challengers off to a decent start, but Kohli wasn't able to kick-on. Although the RCB openers added 50 runs between them, it was a rather rusty knock by Kohli, who wasn't at his fluent best. Maxwell walked in to bat at number 3 and looked positive from the outset. He struck a few lusty blows on his arrival, and along with Faf, Maxi had a 50-plus partnership for the second wicket. Both the in-form batters notched up their fifties, but Royals pulled things back in the last five overs as most of the RCB batters struggled to get going on this pitch. Just when it looked as if RR will finish the innings on a high, Anuj Rawat's cameo powered the visitors to 171/5. Not sure if it will be enough against a powerful batting line-up like RR. We'll be back in 10 minutes with Rajasthan's reply..
