Imlie various ideas to convince Surya to back off from marriage was hint of what their upcoming marital life would be together. Throwing water on him to awake him , feeding bizarre food items ,demanding wallet are all like how a wife would annoy her husband to make him agree with her wishes. In contract marriage with Agastya, Agasthya had upper hand over Imlie mainly due to money involved and Imlie also referred to him as babu from very beginning. That's the not the case with Surya. She refers him as rowdy reddy. She doesn't have any obligation to respect him and obey his order. It will be like marriage of equals and Surya will ignite the fighting spirit in Imlie

He has already ignited that in her I think by not disagreeing to marry her inspite of her requesting him numerous times.

I think they are trying to rope in acclaimed actors. But they should rope in regional actors in that case. 10:30 pm and the new 9pm show have regional actors and actors who know the language which makes the show relatable according to the culture esp the 10:30 pm one.

Here they are going to show the telugu culture and only one actor knows is from that background.
