Agasthya persuades Imlie to accompany him to Choudhary house and stay there as his wife, she vehemently declines accuses him of getting her thrown out of her jobs of bar singer n Aloo puri stall, getting her throw out of her own house by goons, throwing her out of Choudhary house for no fault of hers , how dare he think she will comply ? she walks out on him. He warns her that if she wanted to save her family she better comply or her family will be on the street homeless.
At Choudhary house Shivani talks to her would be fiancé Vishwa and look forward to their engagement . At their house Vishwa and his mom Navya can’t wait for this alliance to happen. Navya feels years later she would stem into that house which was rightfully theirs but was snatched away from them . She has a plan to execute after this alliance .
Daadi sa confirms from Gattu if Imlie was coming , he gives a troubled look but affirms.Shivani is teased n leg pulled by siblings . She is looking very pretty all decked up .
Choudhary house is all decorated for the occasion, all are dressed up in their finery . They welcome Navya and Shiva with rituals .
They all meet and share pleasantries . They look for Agasthya’s bahu . The lights go out . Soon Imlie arrives holding thaali ful of Diya’s and she beings light into the darkened hall. All admire her beauty and praise the Bahu for literally bringing light into the family n household .

Spilled milk results in Milk shortage , Imlie seeks help from friends who arrive witn can full of milk for the family . One of the friends recognises the car which was seen parked in front of office the day the Choudhary sweets outlet was set ablaze . Imlie confronts Amrit over this evidence with witness, he refutes n the argument turns nasty and he is about to slap Imlie when Sonali intervenes. Imlie reveals the evidence to Sonali . She assures Imlie that she will get to the bottom of this issue n if Amrit is guilty she will not leave him..
Imlie Agasthya have angry confrontation where he reminds her of her BG and shames her . Imlie is again upset n Avinash notices this again.
After Roka ceremony is over , all guests depart , Daadi sa reprimands Imlie to remain confined to her room, there was no need to get involved in household chores , she did not wish to see her face . When the wedding was over she would be free to go back to her own house m she prays no one comes to k own of her BG of being bar mein gaaney waali . The alliance would break guests .

At their house Navya is very happy that the Roka was over without any hassles . Her son Viswa was very happy . Later Navya and Avinash discuss that Vishwa was actually falling in love with Shivji and he might be hinderance to their plans .Navya asks Avinash how much he was successful in their plans . At Choudhary house , Shivani’s affair with her boy friend is exposed on social media and Daadi furiously lashes out at the girl and her parents for such upbringing n such sanskaar . Imlie supports her n earns Daadi sa’s wrath.
